Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1, prezentujacym naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej zdobienie naczynia w powiekszeniu.Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Obrzeze naczynia stolowego jest ozdobione azurowym szlaczkiem w powtarzalne wzory. Wzory sa utworzone z ulozonych fantazyjnie otworów. Otwory maja zarys poprzecznych i ukosnych odcinków, niewielkich kólek, elips i figur o zarysie litery „V". Zewnetrzna krawedz naczynia jest sfalowana i ozdobiona zlota linia. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze wokól obwodu naczynia rozciaga sie ornament 1, który przypomina w swej formie polaczone jedna z druga figury, zblizone w zarysie do rombów. Linia konturowa tych figur jest utworzona z cienkich, nieregularnych odcinków. Pozostala czesc naczynia jest ozdobiona motywem graficznym 2, na który skladaja sie stylizowane kwiaty i liscie. Ich kolorystyka jest utrzymana w tonacji zgnilej zieleni, brazu i bezu a wiec kolorów jesieni. Platki kwiatów skladajacych sie na motyw graficzny 2 sa w srodku bezowe i jasnieja ku zewnetrznym krawedziom. Spod tych platków widoczne sa wieksze, o postrzepionych krawedziach platki. Platki te sa bezowe wewnatrz a na obrzezach brazowe. Spod postrzepionych platków sa widoczne jasno- zielone, ciemniejace ku srodkowi platki. Kwiatki motywu graficznego 2 sa polaczone ze stylizowanymi galazkami i liscmi o fantazyjnych ksztaltach. Galazki i liscie zostaly przestawione jako lukowo wygiete, o zmiennej grubosci linii oraz nieregularne figury. Liscie i galazki sa w kolorze zielonym, szarym, bezowym, brazowym. Na galazkach znajduja sie brazowe lub brazowe cieniowane plamy stylizujace paki. The vessel is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by its line features, color scheme, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the vessel in a general top view, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the vessel's decoration in a magnified manner. The vessel is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The rim of the tableware is decorated with an openwork pattern in repeating patterns. The patterns are created from fancifully arranged holes. The holes have the outline of transverse and diagonal segments, small circles, ellipses, and figures with the outline of the letter "V." The outer edge of the vessel is wavy and decorated with a gold line. Among the essential features of the industrial design is the ornament 1 that runs around the circumference of the vessel, resembling interconnected figures, similar in outline to rhombuses. The contour line of these figures is formed by thin, irregular segments. The remainder of the vessel is decorated with graphic motif 2, consisting of stylized flowers and leaves. Their colors are maintained in shades of muddy green, brown, and beige—the colors of autumn. The petals of the flowers comprising graphic motif 2 are beige in the center and lighten towards the outer edges. Larger petals with jagged edges are visible beneath these petals. These petals are beige inside and brown at the edges. Below the jagged petals, light green petals are visible, darkening towards the center. The flowers in graphic motif 2 are combined with stylized branches and leaves in fanciful shapes. The branches and leaves are depicted as curved, with variable line widths, and as irregular shapes. The leaves and branches are colored green, gray, beige, and brown. The branches feature brown or brown shaded spots stylizing the buds. Ergo International Sp. z o.o.
