Na tym obszarze umieszczone sa napisy informujace o smaku syropu. Obszar o pierscieniowym zarysie ma równiez tlo o zlotym kolorze z umieszczonymi fantazyjnymi napisami. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig.l ma na obszarze trapezowym napis: „Malina z lipa i wit. C", a na obszarze o zarysie pierscieniowym ma napis: „NA ZIMNE DNI", natomiast na obszarze o zarysie kolistym widnieja rysunki imitujace swieze maliny umieszczone na tle kwiatów lipy. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig.2, ma na obszarze trapezowym napis: „Malina z witamina C", a na obszarze o zarysie pierscieniowym ma napis: „NA ODPORNOSC", natomiast na obszarze o zarysie kolistym widnieja rysunki imitujace swieze maliny, pomiedzy którymi ulozone sa listki i male kwiatuszki. Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig.3 ma na obszarze trapezowym napis: „Zurawina z witamina C", a na obszarze o zarysie pierscieniowym ma napis: „NA WZMOCNIENIE", natomiast na obszarze o zarysie kolistym widnieja rysunki swiezych owoców zurawiny z fantazyjnie ulozonymi pomiedzy nimi listkami.Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig.4 ma na obszarze trapezowym napis: „Poziomka", a na obszarze o zarysie pierscieniowym ma napis: „NA PYSZNY NASTRÓJ", natomiast na obszarze o zarysie kolistym widnieja rysunki swiezych owoców poziomek z fantazyjnie ulozonymi pomiedzy nimi listkami i malymi kwiatkami. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 5 ma na obszarze trapezowym napis: „Imbir z cynamonem i gozdzikami", a na obszarze o zarysie pierscieniowym ma napis:"NA ROZGRZANIE" , natomiast na obszarze o zarysie kolistym widnieja rysunki klacza imbiru, ruloników cynamonu i gozdzików. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle arrangement of drawings imitating fresh fruit, herbs, and spices, giving the packaging a distinctive and original appearance. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs from a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the label for the "Raspberry with Lime and Vitamin C" flavored syrup; Fig. 2 illustrates the label for the "Raspberry with Vitamin C" flavored syrup. Fig. 3 illustrates the label of the syrup with the "Cranberry with Vitamin C" flavor, Fig. 4 illustrates the label of the syrup with the "Wild Strawberry" flavor, Fig. 5 illustrates the label of the syrup with the "Ginger with Cinnamon and Cloves" flavor. The syrup label is characterized by the fact that it has an upper part shaped in the shape of an area close to a trapezoid with arms profiled in the shape of a slightly bent arc directed with the convexity outwards, wherein the longer arms then pass into the outline of an area with a circular shape and are topped in the lower part with an outline of an area in the shape of a ring segment. At the upper edge of the label, in the area of the polygon, there is a fancy outline of a leaf, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", wherein the area of the polygon, the outline of the fancy The leaf and inscriptions are shaded green, and the leaf background is light beige. The circular area features drawings imitating several fresh fruits, herbs, or spices. The trapezoidal area is dark green and surrounded by a border tapering towards the bottom with a golden background. This area features inscriptions informing about the syrup's flavor. The annular area also has a golden background with fanciful inscriptions. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 features the inscription "Raspberry with linden and vitamin C" in the trapezoidal area, and the annular area features the inscription "FOR COLD DAYS," while the circular area features drawings imitating fresh raspberries placed against a background of linden flowers. The industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 has the inscription "Raspberry with vitamin C" in the trapezoidal area, the inscription "NA ODPORNOSC" in the annular area, and the inscription "NA ODPORNOSC" in the circular area, while the drawings imitating fresh raspberries with leaves and small flowers arranged between them are visible. The second variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription: "Cranberry with vitamin C" in the trapezoidal area, and the inscription: "FOR STRENGTHENING" in the annular area, while the circular area has drawings of fresh cranberries with leaves fancifully arranged between them. The third variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the inscription: "Wild strawberry" in the trapezoidal area, and the inscription: "FOR A DELICIOUS MOOD" in the annular area, while the circular area has drawings of fresh wild strawberries with leaves and small flowers fancifully arranged between them. The fourth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the inscription: "Ginger with cinnamon and cloves" in the trapezoidal area, and the inscription: "TO WARM UP" in the ring-shaped area, while the circular area contains drawings of a ginger rhizome, cinnamon rolls and cloves.
