The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle arrangement of drawings imitating fresh fruit and a set of leaves, giving the packaging a distinctive and original appearance. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs from a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the label for ICE TEA tea syrup with LEMON. Fig. 2 illustrates the label for ICE TEA tea syrup with PEACH. The tea syrup label is characterized by an area with an outline close to a rectangle, where the lower arm is shaped like a slightly downward arc, and the central area has a significant convexity imitating a falling syrup drop, while the label has a linear border near the edge. The background of the label at the top edge is shaded green. At the top edge of the label, a fanciful outline of a leaf is placed in a polygon area, on which is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESENCJANATURY," wherein the polygon area, the outline of the fanciful leaf, and the inscriptions are shaded green, and the background of the leaf is light beige. In the central part of the label is the inscription: ICE TEA, and below it the inscription: Tea syrup, with the central part of the label having a drawing imitating fresh fruit segments with fancifully placed leaves. Near the lower edge of the label is a circular outline of an area with the inscription: NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORS, with a fancifully placed leaf protruding slightly beyond the circle of this area. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has in the central part of the label drawings imitating fancifully arranged fresh lemon segments, and near the lower edge has the inscription: "with LEMON." A variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has in the central part of the label drawings imitating fancifully arranged fresh peach segments, and near the lower edge has the inscription: "with PEACH." Essential features of the industrial design: - the label has an area with an outline close to a rectangle, where the lower arm is in the shape of a slightly bent arc downwards, and in the central area it has a significant convexity imitating a falling drop of syrup, and near the edge the label has a linear frame, - at the upper edge of the label there is a fanciful outline of a leaf placed in the area of a polygon, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", wherein the area of the polygon, the outline of the fanciful leaf, as well as the inscriptions are of a shaded green color, and the background of the leaf is of a light beige color, - in the central part of the label there is an inscription: ICE TEA Tea syrup, - near the lower edge of the label there is a circular outline of an area with the inscription: NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORS with a fancifully placed a leaf protruding slightly beyond the circle of this area.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL
