Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przestawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z cylindrycznym zwienczeniem górnym oraz cylindrycznym zwienczeniem dolnym, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus od górnej obreczy przeweza sie stozkowo i przechodzi w ksztalt przypominajacy serce, a nastepnie stozkowo rozszerza sie ku dolnej obreczy, przy czym sercowaty fragment korpusu jest lekko splaszczony i posiada zdobienia w formie uwypuklonego rysunku serca otoczonego krzyzami oraz wypuklymi pasami, zas na obu stozkowych fragmentach korpusu umieszczone sa ozdobne obrecze oraz wypukle podluzne zdobienia na górnym stozkowym fragmencie korpusu, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2 oraz fig.3. The essence of the design is the novelty of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that create the container's decorations. The design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 shows the container from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the container from the top. The grave candle container according to the pattern consists of a body with a cylindrical upper finial and a cylindrical lower finial, and is characterized in that the body narrows conically from the upper hoop into a heart-like shape, and then widens conically towards the lower hoop, wherein the heart-shaped part of the body is slightly flattened and has decorations in the form of a raised drawing of a heart surrounded by crosses and convex stripes, while both conical parts of the body have decorative hoops and convex elongated decorations on the upper conical part of the body, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. Essential features of the design: The grave candle container according to the design consists of a body with a cylindrical upper finial and a cylindrical lower finial, and is characterized in that the body narrows conically from the upper rim and changes into a heart-like shape, and then conically widens towards the lower rim, wherein the heart-shaped part of the body is slightly flattened and has decorations in the form of a raised drawing of a heart surrounded by crosses and convex stripes, while on both conical parts of the body there are decorative rings and convex elongated decorations on the upper conical part of the body.
