Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that form the decorations of the container.

Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przestawia pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, zas fig.4 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the container in a front view, fig. 2 shows the container in a rear view, fig. 3 shows the container in a side view, and fig. 4 shows the container in a top view.

Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z cylindrycznym zwienczeniem górnym oraz cylindrycznym zwienczeniem dolnym, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus jest zbudowany z polaczonych ze soba za pomoca ozdobnej poziomej obreczy dwóch elementów kulistych o zróznicowanej wielkosci, z symetrycznymi wybraniami o ksztalcie eliptycznym, przy czym kazde z wybran posiada ozdobne obramowanie, zas po jednej stronie korpusu wewnatrz wybran umieszczono elementy ozdobne w postaci rozety, a dodatkowo na polaczeniu zwienczenia dolnego z korpusem pojemnik posiada ozdobna pozioma obrecz jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig.3 oraz fig.4. The tombstone container according to the pattern consists of a body with a cylindrical top and a cylindrical bottom top, and is characterized by the fact that the body is made of two spherical elements of different sizes connected with each other by means of a decorative horizontal rim, with symmetrical recesses of an elliptical shape, each of the selected ones has a decorative frame, and on one side of the body inside the selected one there are decorative elements in the form of a rosette, and additionally, at the connection of the lower top with the body, the container has a decorative horizontal rim as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
