Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza nagrobnego, zwlaszcza znicza swiecowego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przestawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. The essence of the design is the novelty of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that create the container's decorations. The design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 shows the container from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the container from the top. The grave candle container according to the model consists of a body with a cylindrical upper finial and a cylindrical lower finial, and is characterized in that the body successively narrows upwards, then widens to a horizontal hoop and narrows conically again to the upper finial, and in a top view has the shape of a regular octagon, while the lateral surface of the body is divided into symmetrical decorative fields by means of vertical and horizontal convexities, wherein the fields in the part narrowing upwards have decorations in the form of vertical, convex segments, the fields in the part widening upwards are grouped in pairs and have decorations in the form of a grid or in the form of a star pattern, respectively, while the fields within the horizontal hoop are also grouped in pairs and have decorations in the form of a star pattern, respectively, or are devoid of decorative elements, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. Essential features of the design: The grave candle container, as designed, consists of a body with a cylindrical upper finial and a cylindrical lower finial. The body tapers upwards, then widens to a horizontal hoop, and narrows conically again to the upper finial. Viewed from above, it has the shape of a regular octagon. The lateral surface of the body is divided into symmetrical decorative fields by vertical and horizontal convexities. The fields in the upward-tapering section are decorated with vertical, convex segments, the fields in the upward-widening section are grouped in pairs and feature grid or star-shaped decorations, respectively.
