Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu. 1. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu 1 ze zwienczeniem górnym 2 i dolnym 3, przy czym zwienczenie górne 2 ma ksztalt cylindryczny, a na jego powierzchni bocznej usytuowane sa dwa ranty 4 i 5 o zróznicowanych srednicach i charakteryzuje sie tym, zekorpus 1 ma ksztalt odwróconego stozka scietego, który w górnej czesci przechodzi w czesc cylindryczna 6, a nastepnie przeweza sie stozkowo i przechodzi w zwienczenie górne 2. W polowie wysokosci, korpus 1 jest poszerzony na ksztalt obreczy 7, na której wykonane jest symetrycznie rozmieszczone zdobienie 8 przypominajace motyw roslinny. Ponizej obreczy 7 usytuowane jest zdobienie w postaci wypuklych symetrycznych krzywych 9. Zwienczenie górne 2 i dolne 3 pojemnika maja postac cylindryczna, przy czym zwienczenie górne 2 posiada dodatkowo ozdobny pas 10 w postaci wybrzuszen skosnych, umieszczonych obok siebie jak pokazano na fig.l. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that create the container's decorations. The design subject is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from the front. 1. The grave candle container according to the model consists of a body 1 with an upper finial 2 and a lower finial 3, wherein the upper finial 2 has a cylindrical shape, and on its side surface there are two edges 4 and 5 of different diameters and is characterized in that the body 1 has the shape of an inverted truncated cone, which in the upper part turns into a cylindrical part 6, and then narrows conically and turns into the upper finial 2. At half its height, the body 1 is widened into the shape of a hoop 7, on which a symmetrically arranged decoration 8 resembling a plant motif is made. Below the rim 7 there is a decoration in the form of convex symmetrical curves 9. The upper 2 and lower 3 tops of the container are cylindrical, and the upper 2 has an additional decorative strip 10 in the form of oblique bulges placed next to each other as shown in Fig. 1.
