Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu. 1. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu 1 ze zwienczeniem górnym 2 i dolnym 3, przy czym zwienczenie górne 2 ma ksztalt cylindryczny, a na jego powierzchni bocznej usytuowane sa dwa ranty 4 i 5 o zróznicowanych srednicach i charakteryzuje sie tym, zekorpus 1 ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconej gruszki, przy czym cala powierzchnia boczna korpusu 1 pokryta jest symetrycznymi, umieszczonymi obok siebie wybrzuszeniami 6, przebiegajacymi wzdluz linii ukosnej fantazyjnie wygietej na ksztalt zblizony do litery „S", zas zwienczenie dolne 3 ma ksztalt scietego stozka, jak pokazano na fig.l.
