Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 08.11.2002.Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza nagrobnego, zwlaszcza znicza swiecowego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu. 1. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu 1 ze zwienczeniem górnym 2 i dolnym 3, przy czym zwienczenie górne 2 ma ksztalt cylindryczny, a na jego powierzchni bocznej usytuowane sa dwa ranty 4 i 5 o zróznicowanych srednicach i charakteryzuje sie tym, zekorpus 1 ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconej gruszki, przy czym cala powierzchnia boczna korpusu 1 pokryta jest symetrycznymi, umieszczonymi obok siebie wybrzuszeniami 6, przebiegajacymi wzdluz linii ukosnej fantazyjnie wygietej na ksztalt zblizony do litery „S", zas zwienczenie dolne 3 ma ksztalt scietego stozka, jak pokazano na fig.l. The subject of the industrial design is a container for a grave candle, particularly a candle-shaped candle. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that create the container's decorations. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from the front. 1. The grave candle container according to the pattern consists of a body 1 with an upper finial 2 and a lower finial 3, wherein the upper finial 2 has a cylindrical shape, and on its side surface there are two edges 4 and 5 of different diameters and is characterized in that the body 1 has a shape similar to an inverted pear, and the entire side surface of the body 1 is covered with symmetrical, juxtaposed bulges 6, running along a diagonal line fancifully bent into a shape similar to the letter "S", while the lower finial 3 has the shape of a truncated cone, as shown in Fig. 1.
