Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza nagrobnego, zwlaszcza znicza swiecowego. The subject of the industrial design is the container of a grave candle, especially a candle.

Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that form the decorations of the container.

Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, zas fig.2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu. 1. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu 1 ze zwienczeniem górnym 2 i dolnym 3, przy czym zwienczenie górne 2 ma ksztalt cylindryczny, a na jego powierzchni bocznej usytuowane sa dwa ranty 4 i 5 ozróznicowanych srednicach i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus 1 ma ksztalt zblizony do scietej kuli, przy czym powierzchnia boczna korpusu 1 podzielona zostala na osiem symetrycznych czesci 6 za pomoca pionowych wybrzuszen 7, przy czym pionowe czesci 6 korpusu 1 pogrupowano po dwie i ozdobiono na przemian za pomoca wypuklej kratownicy 8 oraz wypuklego krzyza 9 umieszczonego na laczeniu dwóch czesci 6. Zwienczenie dolne 3 ma ksztalt podwyzszonego cylindra z trzema obwodowymi wybrzuszeniami 10, jak pokazano na fig.l oraz fig.2. The tombstone container according to the pattern consists of a body 1 with an upper 2 and a lower 3, the upper 2 of which has a cylindrical shape, and on its side surface there are two wounds 4 and 5 with different diameters and is characterized by the fact that the body is 1 has a shape similar to a cut ball, with the side surface of the body 1 divided into eight symmetrical parts 6 by vertical bulges 7, while the vertical parts 6 of the body 1 are grouped in two and decorated alternately by a convex truss 8 and a convex cross 9 placed at the joint of the two parts 6. The lower top 3 has the shape of a raised cylinder with three peripheral bulges 10 as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
