PL 23360 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik wykonany ze szkla przeznaczony glównie do kon- fekcjonowania kosmetyków. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 – przedsta- wia na rysunku widok sloika z boku, Fig. 2 – przedstawia na rysunku widok sloika od strony dna zas Fig. 3 – przedstawia na fotografii sloik w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Czesc zbiornikowa sloika osadzona na okraglym dnie, ma postac bryly, rozszerzajacej sie ku górze. W widoku z boku scianki boczne czesci zbiornikowej wyginaja sie po krzywych zblizonych do luku, zas przekroje poprzeczne sloika na dowolnej jego wysokosci maja ksztalt kól. Wierzch czesci zbiornikowej przechodzi w wezsza od tego wierzchu szyjke pokryta gwintem. Przy czym stosunek srednicy dna sloika, do srednicy wierzchu czesci zbiornikowej, do wysokosci calego sloika wraz z szyjka i do wysokosci szyjki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak, jak: 38 : 63 : 49 : 11. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 – shows a side view of the jar, Fig. 2 – shows a view of the jar from the bottom, and Fig. 3 – shows a photograph of the jar in a perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: The container part of the jar, set on a round bottom, has the form of a solid, widening upwards. In a side view, the side walls of the container part bend along curves close to an arc, while the cross-sections of the jar at any height have the shape of circles. The top of the container part passes into a neck that is narrower than the top and covered with a thread. The ratio of the jar bottom diameter to the top diameter of the container part to the height of the entire jar including the neck and to the height of the neck is approximately 38 : 63 : 49 : 11.
