The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique appearance, imbued with features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle composition of drawings imitating fresh fruit and their parts, giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs in a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the label of a compote in syrup with the following flavour: "Apple with pear", Fig. 2 illustrates the label of a compote in syrup with the following flavour: "cherry with apple", Fig. 3 illustrates the label of a compote in syrup with the following flavour: "multi-fruit", The label of the tea syrup is characterised by the fact that it has an area with an outline close to a rectangle, where the lower arm has the shape of a slightly bent arc downwards, and in the central area it has a significant convexity imitating a falling drop of compote, while near the edge the label has a linear frame. The label at the top edge has a shaded green background, and below it, the background is shaded blue. At the top edge of the label, a fanciful outline of a leaf is placed in a polygon, on which is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE," where the polygon, the outline of the fanciful leaf, and the inscriptions are shaded green, and the background of the leaf is light beige. In the central part of the label is the inscription: COMPOTTE IN SYRUP, and below that is the inscription regarding the flavor, while the part of the label below these inscriptions has a drawing imitating fresh fruit with fancifully placed fruit pieces, and between these fruits there is a delicately tilted jug of compote. Near the lower edge of the label and its convexity there is a circular outline of an area imitating drops of compote with the inscription: NO PRESERVATIVES. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has an inscription regarding the flavour: "Apple with pear", and the drawing imitating fresh fruit shows apples and pears. The variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has an inscription regarding the flavour: "cherry with apple", and the drawing imitating fresh fruit shows cherries and apples. The second variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has an inscription regarding the flavor: "multi-fruit", and the drawing imitating fresh fruit shows: apples, cherries, blackcurrant and chokeberry.
