Tlo przyjmuje barwe jasnobezowa. W centralnej czesci etykiety, posrodku jest umieszczony rysunek stylizowanego, ciemno- zielonego listka z lodyzka i dwoma dodatkowymi listkami umieszczonymi poziomo ponizej. Stylizowany listek ma fantazyjny ksztalt nadany ciemnozielonym obrysem i bialym konturem w dolnej czesci listka. Tuz ponizej listka zielonego znajduje sie listek w kolorze jasnobezowym, imitujacym deske, z ciemnobrazowym obrysem. W czesci centralnej owego listka umieszczony jest napis, brazowa czcionka, stanowiacy nazwe dzemu lub konfitury, odpowiadajaca jego/jej smakowi. Po lewej stronie, ponizej listka bezowego znajduje sie trzeci, maly cieniowany listek koloru jasnozielonego z ciemnozielonym obramowaniem. Tuz ponizej listków, z lewej strony w dolnej czesci etykiety, umieszczony jest rysunek czarnej prostokatnej tablicy o zaokraglonych krawedziach z bezowym obramowaniem. Na tablicy umieszczono, biala pogrubiona czcionka, napis informujacy o owocach wykorzystanych do produkcji przetworu. Wokól rysunku listków jest naniesiony rysunek przedstawiajacy korespondujace z nazwa swieze owoce z listkami badz szypulkami, dla których optyczny efekt trójwymiarowosci i swiezosci uzyskano dzieki miejscowym rozjasnieniom. Z lewej strony etykiety umieszczono rysunek krzewów, krzaków lub drzewek owocowych (wizerunek w zaleznosci od wykorzystanych do produkcji danego przetworu owoców w poszczególnych odmianach wzoru). Obok roslin, w lewym dolnym rogu etykiety, znajduje sie rysunek wiklinowych koszy wypelnionych owocami. W przypadku odmian wzoru oznaczonych na ilustracji zbiorczej Fig. 5 – Fig. 7 w czesci centralnej etykiety z prawej strony od wizerunku listków umieszczono oznaczenie o ksztalcie bialego kola z przerywanym czarnym obramowaniem. W lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony jest rysunek krzewów malinowych oraz wiklinowy kosz wypelniony owocami maliny. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego widoczna na Fig. 3 ma 2- poziomowy napis „Dzem Truskawkowy", bedacy nazwa dzemu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a rysunek przedstawia swieze owoce truskawki z listkami. Na czarnej tablicy widnieje 2- poziomowy napis wykonany stylizowana biala czcionka „truskawek z Lubelszczyzny". W lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony jest rysunek krzaków truskawkowych oraz wiklinowa lubianka wypelniona owocami truskawki. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 4 ma 2- poziomowy napis „Dzem Wisniowy", bedacy nazwa dzemu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi, a rysunek przedstawia swieze owoce wisni z listkami. Na czarnej tablicy widnieje 2- poziomowy napis wykonany stylizowana biala czcionka „wisnia nadwislanka". W lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony jest rysunek drzewek wisniowych oraz wiklinowy kosz wypelniony owocami wisni. Piata odmiana wzoru przemyslowego widoczna na Fig. 5 ma 3- poziomowy napis „Konfitura z Malin ekstra", bedacy nazwa konfitury, odpowiadajaca jej smakowi, a rysunek przedstawia swieze owoce malin z listkami i szypulkami. Na czarnej tablicy widnieje 3- poziomowy napis wykonany stylizowana biala czcionka „malin odmiany polka". W lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony jest rysunek krzewów malinowych. Szósta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego widoczna na Fig. 6 ma 3- poziomowy napis „Konfitura z Truskawek ekstra", bedacy nazwa konfitury, odpowiadajaca jej smakowi, a rysunek przedstawia swieze owoce truskawek z listkami i szypulkami. Na czarnej tablicy widnieje 2- poziomowy napis wykonany stylizowana biala czcionka „truskawek z Lubelszczyzny". W lewym dolnym rogu umieszczony jest rysunek krzaków truskawkowych. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique appearance, achieved through the use of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a range of colors. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle arrangement of drawings depicting fresh fruit, its parts, and leaves, thus lending the label a unique appearance. In the center of the label, in the center, is an image of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given by a dark green outline and a white contour at the bottom. Just below the green leaf is a light beige leaf, imitating a board, with a dark brown outline. In the center of this leaf is an inscription in brown font, representing the name of the jam or preserve, corresponding to its flavor. On the left, below the meringue leaf, is a third, small, shaded leaf in light green with a dark green border. Just below the leaves, at the bottom left of the label, is an image of a black rectangular plate with rounded edges and a beige border. The plate features bold white lettering informing about the fruit used in the preserve. Around the leaf image is an image of fresh fruit corresponding to the name, with leaves or stems, for which the optical three-dimensional effect and freshness are achieved through localized highlights. On the left side of the label is an image of fruit bushes, shrubs, or trees (the image depends on the fruit used in the production of the given preserve in the individual design variants). Next to the plants, in the lower left corner of the label, is an image of wicker baskets filled with fruit. In the case of the pattern variations marked in the collective illustration Fig. 5 – Fig. 7, in the central part of the label, to the right of the image of the leaves, there is a marking in the shape of a white circle with a broken black border. Inside the circle there is a three-level inscription "perfect jam for ...". The inscription "confitura" is in regular font, PL 21397 3, while "perfect for ..." is in italics. Above the above-mentioned inscription there is an image of two leaves, and below, parallel to the inscription, an image of a spoon. In the circle, in the upper right quarter, there is an image of a red jar with a green lid. Outside the circle, on the left side of the jar, there is a two-level inscription in bold white font with a black border "INCLUDED inspirations". Above the inscription is a black, arched arrow with the arrowhead pointing towards the image of the jar. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has a three-level inscription "Black Currant Jam," which is the name of the jam, corresponding to its flavor, and the image depicts fresh blackcurrants with leaves and stems. The black board has a three-level inscription in stylized white font "currants from the Naleczów area." In the lower left corner is an image of currant bushes and a wicker basket filled with blackcurrants. The second version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a two-level inscription "Raspberry Jam," which is the name of the jam, corresponding to its flavor, and the image depicts fresh raspberries with leaves. The black board has a three-level inscription in stylized white font "raspberries of the Polka variety." In the lower left corner there is a drawing of raspberry bushes and a wicker basket filled with raspberries. The third variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has a two-level inscription "Strawberry Jam," which is the name of the jam, corresponding to its flavor, and the drawing depicts fresh strawberries with leaves. On the black board there is a two-level inscription in stylized white font "truskawek z Lubelszczyzny." In the lower left corner there is a drawing of strawberry bushes and a wicker basket filled with strawberries.
