PL 23250 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta napoju herbacianego przeznaczona do nano- szenia na frontowe sciany jednostkowych opakowan, zwlaszcza na sciany frontowe opakowan szkla- nych – butelek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz przez motywy zdobnicze, wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków przedstawiajacych swieze listki herbaty, owoce, kostki lodu, i zródlana wode, nadajac tym samym etykiecie oryginalny wyglad. Etykieta napoju herbacianego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w czterech odmianach jest zobra- zowana ilustracja na której: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety; Fig. 2 – przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety; Fig. 3 – przedstawia trzecia odmiane etykiety; Fig. 4 – przedstawia czwarta odmiane etykiety. Przy górnej krawe- dzi etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, jest umieszczona poziomo kompozycja stylizowanego ciemnozielonego listka, z krótka lodyzka i dwoma malymi dodatkowymi listkami. Stylizowany listek ma fantazyjny ksztalt nadany bialym obrysem. Nizej, pod rysunkiem listka, umiejscowiony jest napis „Na- turalna", wykonany czcionka przypominajaca pismo reczne, w kolorze ciemnozielonym. Ponizej w centralnej czesci etykiety, widnieje duzy, dwupoziomowy napis z nazwa napoju her- bacianego „ICE tea", napisany stylizowana czcionka, w kolorze pomaranczowym. Miedzy jednym a drugim poziomem napisu „ICE tea", znajduje sie duzo mniejszy napis w kolorze nawiazujacym do smaku napoju. Po obu bokach etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, znajduja sie swieze listki herbaty i owoce oraz krystalicznie czysta woda z kostkami lodu ulozone w fantazyjnej kompozycji. Rodzaj owoców koresponduje ze smakiem/nazwa napoju. Efekt trójwymiarowosci wody i kostek lodu oraz swiezosci listków i owoców uzyskano dzieki miejscowym rozjasnieniom. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 1. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych cwiartek cytryn z listkami miety i zielonymi listkami herbaty oraz napis „green lemon & mint" wykonany czcionka w kolorze zielonym. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 2 zawiera rysunek swiezych listków herbaty, oraz na- pis „green with honey" wykonany czcionka w kolorze pomaranczowym. Jednoczesnie czcionka w wyrazie „honey" swoja struktura przypomina plaster miodu. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 3. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych cwiartek cytryn z zielonymi listkami herbaty oraz napis „lemon" wykonany czcionka w kolo- rze zóltym. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 4. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych cwiartek brzoskwin oraz napis „peach" wykonany czcionka w kolorze rózowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ? The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes and by decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design and a range of colours. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings presenting fresh tea leaves, fruit, ice cubes and spring water, thus giving the label an original appearance. The label for a tea beverage according to the industrial design in four varieties is illustrated in the illustration in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label; Fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label; Fig. 3 – shows the third label variant; Fig. 4 – shows the fourth label variant. List of tea beverage label variants according to the industrial design: Variation 1 – shown in figure 1, illustrating a label for a tea beverage called "green lemon & mint" Variation 2 – shown in figure 2, illustrating a label for a tea beverage called "green with honey" Variation 3 – shown in figure 3, illustrating a label for a tea beverage called "lemon" Variation 4 – shown in figure 4, illustrating a label for a tea beverage called "peach". The tea beverage label according to the design is characterized by having an area with an outline close to a rectangle. The background of the label, in all design variants, is white. At the top edge of the label, in all variants of the design, there is a horizontally placed composition of a stylized dark green leaf, with a short stem and two small additional leaves. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a white outline. Lower down, under the leaf drawing, there is the inscription "Naturalna", made in a font resembling handwriting, in dark green. Below, in the central part of the label, there is a large, two-level inscription with the name of the tea drink "ICE tea", written in a stylized font, in orange. Between one level and the other of the "ICE tea" inscription, there is a much smaller inscription in a colour referring to the taste of the drink. On both sides of the label, in all variations of the design, there are fresh tea leaves and fruit as well as crystal clear water with ice cubes arranged in a fanciful composition. The type of fruit corresponds to the taste/name of the drink. The three-dimensional effect of the water and ice cubes and the freshness of the leaves and fruit was achieved thanks to local brightening. The first variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. The design contains a drawing of fresh lemon quarters with mint leaves and green tea leaves and the inscription "green lemon & mint" made in green font. The industrial design shown in Fig. 2 contains a drawing of fresh tea leaves and the inscription "green with honey" made in orange font. At the same time, the font in the word "honey" resembles a honeycomb in its structure. The third version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3. The design contains a drawing of fresh lemon quarters with green tea leaves and the inscription "lemon" in yellow font. The fourth version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 4. The design contains a drawing of fresh peach quarters and the inscription "peach" in pink font. Essential features of the industrial design: ?
