The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes and by decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design and a range of colours. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings presenting fresh leaves and/or flowers of herbs and information indicating the individual taste of the herbal tea, thus giving the label an original appearance. The label of the herbal tea "ZIELNIK POLSKI" according to the pattern is characterized by the fact that it has an area with a rectangular outline, with a white background in the central part and green at the edges. The background of the label in all varieties gradually brightens inwards, so that the outer edges take on colors with a stronger degree of color saturation than in the central fragments. In the upper part of the label, in the center, there is a drawing of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and a white outline in the lower part of the leaf. Just below the green leaf, there is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline in the upper part of the leaf and a beige one at the bottom. On the left side, below the cream leaf, there is a third, small shaded green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. dark green outline of the contour. Below the drawing of the leaves, there is a large inscription in the center, made in green letters, containing the name of the herbal tea, corresponding to its taste. Below, in smaller block letters, in green font, there is an inscription informing about the properties of the given tea. Even lower, in each of the varieties of the design, there is a green circle with a symbol of two leaves with white outlines inscribed in the center. Around the circle there is an inscription in green block letters: "HERBS OBTAINED FROM VERIFIED SUPPLIERS". Each label contains a drawing of fresh leaves and/or flowers of herbs, corresponding to the taste of herbal tea marked with a given variety of the label according to the pattern, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved thanks to local brightening. PL 23400 3 In the lower part of the label there is a horizontally placed rectangular band of colour changing depending on the variety of the pattern and the width of the entire label. The aforementioned band contains a cut-out pattern referring to traditional motifs of Polish folk culture. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the inscription "Citrus" and contains the information: "HELPS IMMUNITY". The label shows a drawing of flowers and leaves of cistus. The band in the lower part of the label is coloured light green, and the cut-out pattern – dark green. The second variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has the inscription "Lime" and the information: "HELPS FUNCTIONING OF THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM". The label contains a drawing of linden flowers with leaves. The band in the lower part of the label is yellow, and the cut-out pattern – dark green. The third variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription "Mint" and the information: "HELPS DIGESTIVE". The label contains a drawing of green mint leaves. The band in the lower part of the label is blue, and the cut-out pattern – turquoise. The fourth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the inscription "Nettle" and the information: "HELPS FUNCTIONING OF THE URINARY SYSTEM" and contains a drawing of nettle leaves. The band at the bottom of the label is orange, while the cutout pattern is dark green. The fifth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the inscription "Horsetail" and the information: "HELPS KIDNEY FUNCTION". The design contains a drawing of horsetail twigs. The band at the bottom of the label is light green, while the cutout pattern is dark green. The sixth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 has the inscription "Fennel" and the information: "HELPS FUNCTIONING OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM" contains a drawing of fennel flowers.
