Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i oryginalna game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunku, w postaci róznokolorowych obszarów o róznorodnym ksztalcie i wielkosci nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad etykiety. W prawym dolnym rogu etykiety znajduje sie logo firmy i napis: „EUROHANSA" w kolorze jasno szarym. W lewym dolnym rogu etykiety znajduje sie symbol gramatury, równiez w kolorze jasno szarym. Pierscienie ozdobione sa tez innymi wizerunkami symbolizujacymi odmiany smakowe: kory cynamonowej, laski wanilii i ziaren kawy oraz ciasteczka. Prostokatny pasek przy prawym boku w srodkowej czesci etykiety sklada sie z bialo-pomaranczowych linii. Wzór przemyslowy moze byc wytwarzany w róznorodnym zestawieniu gamy kolorystycznej, róznych wizerunków bakalii lub symboli smakowych i róznego opisu okreslajacego smak wyrobu. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is ensured by the subtle composition of the drawing in the form of multi-colored areas of various shapes and sizes, giving the label a specific and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs in a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the packaging label of chocolate-covered dried fruit: almonds and fruit Fig. 2 illustrates the packaging label of chocolate-covered dried fruit: almond mix The packaging label is characterized by the fact that its background is a composition of three large circular motifs in different colors, placed on a white background. Each ring features an image of dried fruit. In the upper left corner of the label is an inscription consisting of stylized letters forming the word "AMARESTI" in brown. Below this is a description specifying the type and flavor of the product in light gray. On the right side, in the center of the label, there is a distinctive rectangular stripe composed of thin, diagonal lines. In the lower right corner of the label is the company logo and the inscription: "EUROHANSA" in light gray. In the lower left corner of the label is the weight symbol, also in light gray. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 features three large oval rings in the center of the label, symbolizing the colors of different types of chocolate, with images of dried fruit: almonds, raisins, and cranberries placed against the background. Thus, the circle symbolizing white chocolate has an image of an almond, the circle symbolizing dark chocolate has an image of a raisin, and the circle symbolizing milk chocolate has an image of a cranberry. On the right side of the label's center is a rectangular stripe composed of diagonal red and white lines. Fig. 2 shows a variation of the industrial design characterized by a different color range of the oval rings, this time in various shades of yellow, beige, and ecru with a touch of brown. The rings are also decorated with other images symbolizing flavor varieties: cinnamon bark, vanilla pods, coffee beans, and cookies. A rectangular stripe on the right side in the center of the label consists of white and orange lines. The industrial design can be produced in a variety of color combinations, with various images of dried fruit or flavor symbols, and with various descriptions describing the product's flavor. Important features of the industrial design: The label depicts three distinctive large rings with irregular edges placed in the center of the label.
