Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz przez motywy zdobnicze, wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków przedstawiajacych swieze ziola, nadajac tym samym etykiecie oryginalny wyglad. Przy górnej krawedzi etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, jest umieszczona poziomo kompozycja trzech stylizowanych listków. Stylizowane listki maja fantazyjny ksztalt nadany bialym obrysem oraz tlo koloru ciemnozielonego, jeden z nich (srodkowy) ma biale tlo i zloty obrys. W etykiete „wpisana jest" ciemnozielona ramka, a na srodku, widnieje napis „ESENCJA ZDROWIA", wykonany drukowanymi literami w kolorze ciemnozielonym oraz ponizej nazwa syropu. W dolnej czesci etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, znajduja sie swieze ziola, ulozone w fantazyjnej kompozycji. Rodzaj ziól koresponduje ze nazwa syropu. Efekt trójwymiarowosci i swie- zosci ziól uzyskano dzieki miejscowym rozjasnieniom. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 1. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych owoców dzikiej rózy, bzu czarnego i galazke aloesu oraz napis „Odpornosc", w kolorze fiole- towym. Tlo etykiety na dole jest koloru fioletowego. W lewym dolnym rogu widnieje symbol tarczy z wpisanym w nia bialym krzyzem. Tarcza ma tlo koloru fioletowego a jej fantazyjny ksztalt jest nadany szarym obrysem. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 2 zawiera rysunek swiezych owoców dzikiej rózy, bzu czarnego i galazke aloesu oraz napis „Odpornosc", w kolorze fioletowym. Tlo etykiety na dole jest koloru fioletowego. Po prawej stronie etykiety powyzej kompozycji ziól znajduje sie rysunek zielonego PL 23312 3 okregu z wpisanym w srodek napisem, wykonanym zielonymi literami, informujacym o specjalnych walorach spozywczych danego syropu: „BEZ KONSERWANTÓW, BEZ BARWNIKÓW". Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 3. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych listków miety, nasion kopru wloskiego i nasion kminku oraz napis „Trawienie", w kolorze ciemnozielonym. Tlo etykiety na dole jest ciemnozielone. W lewym dolnym rogu widnieje symbol kola, z wpisanym w niego sylwetka czlowieka, z zóltymi strzalkami wskazujacymi na ochrone ukladu tra- wiennego. Kolo ma tlo koloru ciemnozielonego, a jego ksztalt jest nadany szarym obrysem. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 4. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych listków miety, nasion kopru wloskiego i nasion kminku oraz napis „Trawienie", w kolorze ciemnozielonym. Tlo etykiety na dole jest ciemnozielone. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as by decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh herbs, thus giving the label an original appearance. The food syrup label according to the industrial design in six varieties is illustrated in the illustration where: Fig. 1 – shows the first label variety; Fig. 2 – shows the second label variety; Fig. 3 – shows the third label variant; Fig. 4 – shows the fourth label variant; Fig. 5 – shows the fifth label variant; Fig. 6 – shows the sixth label variant. The label for the food syrup according to the design is characterized by having a rectangular area. The background of the label, in all design variants, is light yellow in the central part, gradually changing upwards from light green to dark green. The background at the bottom of the label is in the color referring to the name of the syrup and is covered with a delicate cut-out pattern, referring to traditional motifs of Polish folk culture. At the top edge of the label, in all design variants, a composition of three stylized leaves is placed horizontally. The stylized leaves have a fanciful shape given by a white outline and a dark green background; one of them (the middle one) has a white background and a gold outline. The label contains a dark green frame, and in the center is the inscription "HEALTH ESSENCE" in dark green block letters, with the name of the syrup below. At the bottom of the label, in all variants of the design, there are fresh herbs arranged in a fanciful composition. The type of herbs corresponds to the name of the syrup. The three-dimensional effect and freshness of the herbs are achieved thanks to local highlights. The first variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. The design includes a drawing of fresh rosehips, elderberries, and an aloe sprig, along with the inscription "Immunity" in purple. The background of the label at the bottom is purple. In the lower left corner, there is a shield symbol with a white cross inscribed within it. The shield has a purple background and its fanciful shape is given by a gray outline. The industrial design shown in Fig. 2 includes an image of fresh rosehips, elderberries, and an aloe sprig, along with the inscription "Immunity" in purple. On the right side of the label, above the herbal composition, there is an image of a green circle with an inscription in green letters inside, informing about the syrup's special nutritional values: "NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORS." The third variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3. The design includes a drawing of fresh mint leaves, fennel seeds, and caraway seeds, and the inscription "Digestion" in dark green. The background of the label at the bottom is dark green. In the lower left corner there is a circle symbol with a human silhouette inscribed within it, with yellow arrows indicating the protection of the digestive system. The circle has a dark green background, and its shape is outlined in grey. The fourth variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 4. The design includes a drawing of fresh mint leaves, fennel seeds, and caraway seeds, and the inscription "Digestion" in dark green. The background of the label at the bottom is dark green. On the right side of the label, above the herbal composition, there is a drawing of a green circle with an inscription in green letters inside, informing about the special nutritional values of the syrup: "NO PRESERVATIVES, NO COLORS."
