W górnej czesci etykiety, posrodku jest umieszczony rysunek stylizowanego, ciemnozielonego listka z lodyzka i dwoma dodatkowymi malymi listkami umieszczonymi poziomo ponizej. Stylizowany listek ma fantazyjny ksztalt nadany ciemnozielonym obrysem i bialym konturem w dolnej czesci listka. Mniejsze listki takze maja barwe ciemnozielona. Ponizej rysunku przedstawiajacego listki jest naniesiony centralnie poziomy napis o oryginalnej czcionce, zawierajacy nazwe syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi oraz bezposrednio pod nim napis Max, w tym samym stylu graficznym. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique character, achieved through the use of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a range of colors. The aesthetic effect is achieved through the subtle arrangement of drawings depicting the flavor of the labeled syrup, based on the design, thus giving the label a unique appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in five variants is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: 1. Fig. 1 - shows the first variant of the label, 2. Fig. 2 - shows the second variant of the label, 3. Fig. 3 - shows the third variant of the label, 4. Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variant of the label, 5. In the upper center of the label, a drawing of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional small leaves placed horizontally below is placed. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, defined by a dark green outline and a white contour at the bottom. The smaller leaves are also dark green. Below the leaf image is a central horizontal inscription in an original font, containing the syrup's name, corresponding to its flavor, and directly below it, the word "Max" in the same graphic style. The central part of the label, beneath the inscriptions, features an image of fresh fruit with leaves or stems, or ginger roots corresponding to the name, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness is achieved through localized highlights. The inscriptions on the label are white. Below the inscription on the left side of the label, in variations 1, 2, and 4 of the described industrial design, there is a drawing in the shape of a tall glass, the lower and upper edges of which are white, while the middle part is golden-brown. The described drawing features a three-level inscription, corresponding to the syrup capacity, "up to 100 beers" or "up to 200 beers" in an original, fanciful white font with a golden edge. At the bottom of the label, a horizontal drawing resembling a stretched three-dimensional golden-beige ribbon, the width of the entire label, is placed. The above-mentioned drawing provides information on the product's intended use, from the left: a drawing of a tall glass, below which is the inscription "for beer"; a drawing of a glass, below which is the inscription "for wine" or a filled glass with the inscription "for drinks"; a drawing of a cup and saucer, below which is the inscription "for tea"; a drawing of a piece of cake, below which is the inscription "for desserts".
