The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique character, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design and color palette. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle arrangement of drawings depicting fresh herbal leaves and/or flowers, and optionally fruit, along with information indicating the unique flavor of the herbal tea, thus giving the label an original appearance. In the upper part of the label, in the center, there is a drawing of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given by a dark green outline and a white contour at the bottom. Just below the green leaf is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline at the top and a beige outline at the bottom. In the center of this leaf is an image of an apothecary's mortar, surrounded by leaves. Below the image of the mortar is a two-level inscription reading "ZIELNIK POLSKI" (POLISH HERBARY). Both the inscription and the image are dark green. To the left, below the cream leaf, is a third, small, shaded green leaf with a dark green outline. Below the image of the leaves is a central horizontal inscription in large white letters, containing the name of the herbal tea, corresponding to its flavor. The central part of the label, beneath the inscriptions PL 19795 3, contains an image of fresh herbal leaves and/or flowers, and optionally fruit, corresponding to the flavor of the herbal tea designated by the given label variety, as indicated by the design. The optical three-dimensionality and freshness of the tea are achieved through localized highlights. At the bottom of the label, a horizontal rectangular band of color is placed, varying depending on the design variety and the width of the entire label. This band features a cutout pattern inspired by traditional Polish folk motifs (Podhale motif - varieties: 1, 4, 9; Kurpie motif - varieties: 2, 6, 7; Lowicz motif - varieties: 3, 5, 8, 10). Just above this drawing, in the lower right part of the label, there is a drawing of a small dark green leaf with a two-level inscription "20 pcs.", informing about the quantity of the product contained in a single package. The band at the bottom of the label is light beige, while the cutout pattern is dark green. The third version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription "MELISA" and includes a drawing of green lemon balm leaves. The band at the bottom of the label is pink, while the cutout pattern is dark green.
