The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes as well as by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is ensured by the subtle composition of inscriptions and image elements and their colors with harmonized shades, giving the label a specific and original appearance. The label of the herbal tea "ZIOLOWY EKSPERT" according to the industrial design in three varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label. In the center of the label, from top to bottom, is a composition of a stylized leaf embedded in a square with a wider, rectangular sheet behind it and lower down. The stylized leaf has a light green background and a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline. The leaf is applied centrally and horizontally across the square, approximately halfway up its length, with the leaf being slightly wider than the square—so that the leaf's tips are outside the square's area. The square is dark green at the lower and upper edges, gradually lightening inward so that along the leaf's outline, it takes on a medium-saturated green color with yellow accents on the left side, stronger above the leaf than below it. The square is accentuated by a thin white border, accentuated by outer gray-green shading, bold at the bottom and on the right side. The lower, wider rectangular sheet has a beige background, darkened along the edges to light brown, and has a double, dark brown border (the outer border is wider than the inner border), the corners of which are concave, set back from the edges of the sheet. The lower, left corner of the sheet is folded forward and folded diagonally upward. The surface of the sheet inside the frame is divided horizontally into two parts of different colors: the upper part, dark green, gradually lightening upwards to light green, with a centrally placed two-level white inscription in capital letters ZIOLOWY EKSPERT (the narrower word ZIOLOWY above the wider word EKSPERT) and the lower part, beige, lightening towards the center, with a dark brown, two-level inscription in capital letters at the top, constituting the name of the tea, indicating its medicinal use. In the inscription ZIO LOWY EKSPERT the first letter "Z" of the word ZIO LOWY is slightly larger than the other letters making up this word, the first letter "E" and the last letter "T" of the word EKSPERT are slightly larger than the other letters making up this word, and the letters in the word ZIO LOWY are smaller than the z in the word EKSPERT. However, in the dark brown, two-level inscription, which is the name of a tea indicating its medicinal use, the first letters of the words in a given level of the inscription are slightly larger than their other letters. The lower part of the label, according to the design, features a field with a beige background, gradually darkening to brown on the left and right sides, which convexly curves upward, the convexity of the field being emphasized by two dark brown arcs slightly spaced from the edge of the field. Centrally placed on the field, in dark brown, capital letters, is an inscription specifying the type and optionally the flavor of the tea designated on the label. The height of the letters in this inscription is approximately three times smaller than the height of the letters in the inscription constituting the name of the tea indicating its medicinal use. The second variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has an inscription consisting of the name of a tea indicating its therapeutic use FOR CIRCULATION, and in the lower field contains an inscription specifying the type and flavour of the tea: FRUIT AND HERBAL TEA WITH GOOSEBERRY FLAVOUR. The third variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has an inscription consisting of the name of a tea indicating its therapeutic use FOR CHOLESTEROL, and in the lower field contains an inscription specifying the type and flavour of the tea: HERBAL AND FRUIT TEA WITH CITRUS FLAVOUR.
