The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh, dewy fruit with leaves placed in a woven wooden Lubianka basket, giving the label a unique and original appearance. The fruit tea label according to the industrial design in five varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label. List of fruit tea label varieties according to the industrial design: a) variety 1 - shown in figure 1, illustrating the label of a tea called Lemon with Mint, b) variety 2 - shown in figure 2, illustrating the label of a tea called Malina, c) variety 3 - shown in figure 3, illustrating the label of a tea called Malina with Wild Rose, d) variety 4 - shown in figure 4, illustrating the label of a tea called Malina with Cranberries, e) variety 5 - shown in figure 5, illustrating the label of a tea called Fruits of the Forest. The fruit tea label is characterized by having an area in the shape of a rectangle, in the lower part of which there is a drawing of a fragment of a Lubianka-type basket, made of strips of bast in a natural yellow-beige color with light brown and brown wood stalks marked, while the upper strip of bast, constituting the horizontal frame of the basket, is slightly more yellow in tone than the other strips of bast that make up the basket weave. In a basket against a green background, visible at the top of the label, are colorful fruits with green leaves, characterizing the flavor of the fruit tea designated by the given variety. The label follows the design. The optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness is achieved by localized lightening and darkening of the colors used, as well as by applying water droplets to the fruit and leaves, which further creates the impression of strong illumination and light reflection by the shiny surfaces. The label, from the center downward, features a composition of a stylized leaf embedded in a quadrangle with a wider sheet of paper with irregular edges and a lower right corner curled forward. The entire composition is tilted to the left, and the sheet partially covers the basket image. The stylized leaf has a light green background and a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline. The leaf is placed centrally and horizontally across the quadrangle, approximately halfway up its length, with the leaf slightly wider than the quadrangle—so that the leaf's tips are outside the quadrangle's area. The quadrangle is dark green at the lower and upper western edges, gradually lightening inward so that along the leaf's outline, it takes on a medium-saturated green color with yellow accents on the left, stronger above the leaf than below it. The quadrangle is accentuated by a thin white border, drawn from the outer background with gray shading, bolder on the right and bottom. The lower, wider sheet has a faint light green background, lightened in the central part, and a contrasting colour in the lower right corner, which is folded forward, and contains the name of the fruit tea, in a brown inscription in a distinctive manuscript font, placed centrally under a leaf built into a quadrangle, and a green, horizontal inscription in capital letters, VERY FRUITY FLAVOUR!, placed in the centre of the lower part of the sheet. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 is named Cytryna z miet a (the word Cytryna in bold type above the words z miet a) and contains a drawing of yellow lemons, including a halved lemon in the foreground, placed in a basket among green, leafy mint sprigs, and the lower right corner of the sheet with the name folded forward is green. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 is named Malina (the inscription in bold type) and contains a drawing of red raspberries with green leaves placed in a basket, and the lower right corner of the sheet with the name folded forward is red. The third variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 is named Malina z dzik a róża (the word Malina in bold type above the words z wyrawa, shifted slightly to the right) and contains a drawing of red raspberries and a wild rose with green leaves placed in a basket, and the lower right corner of the sheet with the name, rolled forward, is red. The fourth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 is named Malina z zurawina (the word Malina in bold type above the words z zurawina, shifted slightly to the right) and contains a drawing of red raspberries and a cranberry with green leaves placed in a basket, and the lower right corner of the sheet with the name, rolled forward, is red. The fifth type of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 is called Fruits of the Forest (bold text, the word Fruits above the word forest, shifted to the right) and contains a drawing of a basket containing: red raspberries, red rowanberries, navy blue berries and dark blue, almost black chokeberries with green leaves, and the lower right corner of the sheet with the name, rolled forward, is purple.
