The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as by a distinctive graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle arrangement of drawings illustrating the flavor of the syrup marked on the label according to the design, giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in five varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label. List of syrup label variations according to the industrial design: a) variation 1 - shown in figure 1, illustrating the label of a syrup called MALINA MAX, b) variation 2 - shown in figure 2, illustrating the label of a syrup called TRUSKAWKA MAX, c) variation 3 - shown in figure 3, illustrating the label of a syrup called CHERRY MAX, d) variation 4 - shown in figure 4, illustrating the label of a syrup called POMARA NCZA MAX, e) variation 5 - shown in figure 5, illustrating the label of a syrup called IMBIR MAX. The food syrup label according to the design has a white background and an area with a rectangular outline with slightly rounded corners. At the top edge, the label's background is irregularly colored in stripes of green and yellow. At the top of the label, in the center, is an image of a stylized, light green leaf embedded in a square. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given a dark green outline. The leaf is applied horizontally across the square, approximately halfway up, with the leaf slightly wider than the square—so that the leaf's tips are on the outside of the square. The square is dark green at the bottom and top edges, gradually lightening inward so that along the leaf's outline, it takes on a medium-saturated green color with yellow accents on the left side, stronger above the leaf than below it. Below the square with the leaf, a central horizontal inscription in original, bold font is printed, containing the syrup's name, corresponding to its flavor. Below it, on the right, is the inscription "MAX" with a distinctive graphic. The central part of the label, beneath these inscriptions, contains an image of fresh fruit with leaves or stalks, or ginger roots corresponding to the name. The image on the label is locally darkened and lightened, creating an optical impression of illumination and three-dimensionality. The inscriptions on the label are intensely colored, harmonizing with the color of the fruit or ginger roots depicted on the label. The lower part of the label is streaked with a color similar to the color of the fruit or ginger roots depicted on the label, gradually lightening upward until they disappear completely. On the lower left side of the label is a two-level inscription "NIEZBEDNY W GASTRONOMII" in the same color as the syrup's name. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has a dark pink inscription "MALINA MAX," which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts three raspberries with a leaf and a partially visible flower. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a red inscription "STRUSKAWKA MAX," which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts three strawberries with stems. The third variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the burgundy inscription CHERRY MAX, which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts three cherries with a leaf. The fourth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the orange inscription POMARA NCZA MAX, which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts an orange with leaves and an orange half and a quarter. The fifth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the brown inscription IMBIR MAX, which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the illustration depicts ginger roots.
