Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a label for the fruit tea "TEA GARDEN", intended to be applied to the front walls of individual packaging, especially on the front walls of paper packaging or cardboard packaging in the form of medicine boxes. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes as well as by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh, dewy fruit with a rectangle with the name of the fruit tea and a sheet with an information and advertising slogan, giving the label a specific and original appearance. The label of the "TEA GARDEN" fruit tea according to the industrial design in eight varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label, Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variety of the label, Fig. 7 - shows the seventh variety of the label, Fig. 8 - shows the eighth variety of the label. The label of the "TEA GARDEN" fruit tea is characterized by the fact that it has an area with a rectangular outline with a green background changing to dark green in the upper part. In the center of the label from the top down there is a composition of a stylized leaf built into a quadrangle with a wider rectangle below. The stylized leaf has a light green background and a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline. The leaflet is placed centrally and horizontally across the quadrangle, approximately halfway up its length, with the leaflet slightly wider than the quadrangle, so that the leaflet's tips lie outside the quadrangle. The quadrangle is dark green at the lower and upper western edges, gradually lightening inward so that along the leaflet's outline it becomes a medium-saturated green with yellow accents on the left, stronger above the leaflet than below it. The quadrangle is accentuated by a thin white border, underlined by outer gray shading, bolder at the bottom. The lower, wider rectangle has a gold frame, a light orange background covered with a fanciful orange pattern, and side and bottom contours highlighted with brown shadows. At the top of the rectangle is a two-level inscription: TEACHER GARDEN (the wider word TEACHER above the narrower word GARDEN), in which all the letters are uppercase and bold, in dark green. In the inscription TEACHER GARDEN, the first letters "H" and "O" are slightly larger than the other letters in the word, with the letters in TEACHER being smaller than the letters in GARDEN. The lower part of the rectangle has a background of a contrasting color and contains the name of the fruit tea in large, white letters, highlighted with shadows in colors harmonized with the background color. In the background of the rectangle with the inscription TEACARY GARDEN and below it, to the bottom of the label, are colored fruits, optionally with green leaves, corresponding to the taste of the fruit tea marked with a given variety and the label according to the pattern, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved by local lightening and darkening of the colors used and by applying drawings of water drops to the fruit and optional leaves, which additionally creates the impression of their strong illumination and light reflection by the shiny surfaces. At the bottom of the label, on the right side, tucked between the fruit, is a rectangular sheet of paper, tilted slightly to the left, with a light orange background, surrounded by a gold frame. Within it, inscribed four levels from top to bottom, from HAND-PICKED HAND-PACKED. The words in this inscription are centrally located and all have capital letters, in green, and in the same font size. An orange fanciful element is applied to the left of the inscription and in its background, and a decorative golden string tied in a bow is threaded through a hole in the upper right corner of the sheet. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 is named WILD ROSE, placed on a scarlet background and contains an image of scarlet and red wild rose berries with green leaves. The second version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 is named MALINA, placed on a burgundy background and contains an image of red raspberries. The third version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 is named MALINA Z LEMON, placed on an orange-red background and contains an image of two yellow lemons, one halved, and red raspberries. The fourth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 is named RASPBERRY WITH WILD ROSE, placed on two levels on a red background and contains a design of red raspberries and scarlet and red rosehips with green leaves. The fifth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 is named RASPBERRY WITH CRANBERRIES, placed on two levels on a dark red background and contains a design of dark red cranberries and red raspberries with green leaves. The sixth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 is named ZURAWINA, placed on an intensely dark red background and contains a design of dark red cranberries. The seventh variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 7 is named ARONIA, placed on a navy blue background and contains a design of dark navy blue chokeberry berries with green leaves.
