The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes as well as by decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design and a range of colours. The aesthetic effect is ensured by a subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh fruit and information about the name of the fruit and herbal tea and a circular marking, the content of which on its outer outline contains the information "MADE OF LARGE PIECES OF FRUIT", while in the central part there is the marking: "100% NATURAL", giving the label a specific and original look. The label of the fruit and herbal tea "TEA GARDEN" is characterized by an area in the shape of a rectangle with a dark red background. The background of the label in all varieties gradually lightens inwards, so that the outer edges take on colors with a stronger degree of color saturation than in the central fragments. In the upper part of the label, in the center, there is a drawing of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and a white outline in the lower part of the leaf. Just below the green leaf is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline at the top and a beige outline at the bottom. PL 27252 3 In the central part of this leaf, there is an image of a raspberry and a blueberry, surrounded by leaves. Below the image of the fruit is a two-level sans-serif inscription "TEA GARDEN," in which all the letters are printed in bold. Both the inscription and the image of the fruit are burgundy. In the "TEA GARDEN" inscription, the letters in the word "GARDEN" are slightly larger than the letters in the inscription "TEA." On the left, below the cream leaf, there is a third, small, shaded burgundy leaf with a brown outline. Below the leaf design, a central, horizontal, single-level, two-level, or three-level inscription appears in large, dark burgundy letters, containing the name of the fruit and herbal tea and indicating its specific flavor. At the top of the label, on the right side, is the vertical designation "FRUIT AND HERBAL TEA" along with a flavor complement characteristic of the specific flavor variety on the label, or, in the case of some flavor varieties, without a flavor designation. The lower part of the label features colorful fruits, optionally with green leaves or stems, corresponding to the flavor of the fruit and herbal tea identified by the variety on the label, as indicated by the design. The optical three-dimensionality and freshness of these fruits are achieved by localized highlights of the colors applied to the fruit and optional leaves, further creating the impression of strong illumination and reflection from the shiny surfaces. In the center left part of the label, a circular marking is placed, filled with a white background. The above circular marking is highlighted by a thin, dark brown frame, the outer outline of which, on a white background, contains the information "FROM LARGE PIECES OF FRUIT," with the letters in the words "FROM LARGE PIECES OF FRUIT" being slightly smaller than the letters in the inscription "FROM LARGE PIECES." In the central part of the above circular marking, on a dark brown background, is the inscription: "100% NATURY," giving the label a unique and original appearance. The lower part of the label is finished with a band of the Łowicz pattern across its entire width. This band features a cutout pattern referring to traditional motifs of Polish folk culture, in a color depending on the specific label variety. In the lower left corner of the lower part of the label, there is a single-level inscription "20 pcs.", informing about the quantity of the product contained in a single package. The first version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. The design contains a single-level name of the tea, WILD ROSÓZA, written in a bold, dark brown sans-serif font, as well as an underline below the inscription, consisting of a straight line placed in the center of the name at the top. In the lower part of the label and on the sides of the name, there are fresh, full wild rose fruits with green leaves. The band of the Lowicz pattern in the lower part of the label is red. The second variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2 – the design contains a three-level name for the tea, GINGER WITH ORANGE AND QUINCE, written in a bold, dark brown sans-serif font. The third variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3 – the design contains a two-level name for the tea, "RASPBERRY Z CYTRYNA," written in a bold, dark brown sans-serif font. Essential features of the industrial design: ? The label for the fruit and herbal tea "TEA GARDEN" is characterized by a rectangular area with a dark red background. The background of the label in all varieties gradually lightens inward, so that the outer edges take on colors with a stronger degree of color saturation than the central fragments. In the upper part of the label, in the center, is an image of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. PL 27252 5 The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and a white outline at the bottom. Just below the green leaf is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline at the top and a beige outline at the bottom. In the central part of this leaf, an image of a raspberry and blueberry is placed at the top, surrounded by leaves. Below the fruit image is a two-level sans-serif inscription "TEA GARDEN," in which all the letters are printed in bold. Both the inscription and the fruit image are burgundy. In the "TEA GARDEN" inscription, the letters in the word "GARDEN" are slightly larger than those in the "TEA." On the left, below the cream leaf, there is a third, small, shaded burgundy leaf with a brown outline. Below the leaf image is a central, horizontal, single-level, two-level, or three-level inscription in capital dark burgundy letters, containing the name of the fruit and herbal tea and indicating its specific flavor. In the upper right-hand part of the label, there is a vertical marking "FRUIT AND HERBAL TEA" with a flavor complement characteristic of a specific flavor variety on the label, or in the case of some flavor varieties, without a flavor variety marking. ? The lower part of the label features colorful fruits, optionally with green leaves or stalks, corresponding to the flavor of the fruit and herbal tea marked with a given variety on the label according to the pattern, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness is achieved by local brightening of the colors used, which were applied to the fruit and any leaves, which additionally creates the impression of strong illumination and light reflection by shiny surfaces. ? In the left-hand center part of the label, there is a circular marking filled with a white background. The above circular marking is highlighted by a thin, dark brown frame, which, along its outer outline and against a white background, contains the information "FROM LARGE PIECES OF FRUIT," with the letters in the words "FROM LARGE PIECES OF FRUIT" being slightly smaller than the letters in the inscription "FROM LARGE PIECES." In the central part of the above circular marking, against a dark brown background, is the inscription: "100% NATURY," giving the label a unique and original appearance. The lower part of the label is topped with a band of the Łowicz pattern across its entire width. This band features a cutout pattern referring to traditional motifs of Polish folk culture, in a color depending on the specific label variety. In the lower left corner of the lower part of the label there is a single-level inscription "20 pcs.", informing about the quantity of the product contained in a single package.
