Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz przez motywy zdobnicze, wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków przedstawiajacych swieze owoce, listki i galazki nadajac tym samym etykiecie oryginalny wyglad. Przy górnej krawedzi etykiety, posrodku, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, jest umieszczony ry- sunek stylizowanego ciemnozielonego listka, z krótka lodyzka i dwoma malymi dodatkowymi listkami. Stylizowany listek ma fantazyjny ksztalt nadany ciemnozielonym obrysem i bialym konturem w dolnej czesci listka. Nizej, pod rysunkiem listka, umiejscowiony jest bardzo duzy napis „BIO" wykonany zielona styli- zowana czcionka, drukowanymi literami w kolorze jasnozielonym, oraz ponizej mniejszy na jasnozielo- nym tle biala czcionka napis „DZEM". Ponizej, we wszystkich odmianach etykiety znajduje sie napis wykonany stylizowana czcionka, w kolorze nawiazujacym do smaku dzemu, okreslajacy nazwe dzemu. Po zewnetrznych stronach centralnego napisu w bocznych czesciach etykiety, w sposób wypel- niajacy etykiete znajduja sie rysunki przedstawiajace korespondujace z nazwa swieze owoce z listkami i szypulkami, dla których optyczny efekt trójwymiarowosci i swiezosci uzyskano dzieki miejscowym roz- jasnieniom. W centralnej czesci etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, znajduja sie galazki z listkami oraz owoce ulozone w fantazyjnej kompozycji. Rodzaj owoców koresponduje ze smakiem/nazwa dzemu. Listki na rysunku wydaja sie byc namalowane farbami, natomiast owoce swieze. Efekt trójwymiarowosci oraz swiezosci owoców uzyskano dzieki miejscowym rozjasnieniom. Na samym dole etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru znajduje sie napis wykonany, stylizo- wana czcionka, w kolorze nawiazujacym do smaku dzemu: „MALINA", „CZARNA PORZECZKA" oraz „TRUSKAWKA AKSAMITNA". Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na Fig. 1. Wzór zawiera rysunek swiezych owoców malin oraz napis glówny „BIO DZEM" wykonany w kolorze jasnozielonym oraz do- datkowy napis, znajdujacy sie ponizej „Malina" wykonany czcionka w kolorze czerwonym. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 2 zawiera rysunek swiezych owoców czarnej porzeczki oraz napis glówny „BIO DZEM" wykonany w kolorze jasnozielonym oraz dodatkowy napis, znajdujacy sie ponizej „Czarna Porzeczka" wykonany czcionka w kolorze czarnym. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 3 zawiera rysunek swiezych owoców truskawki aksa- mitnej oraz napis glówny „BIO DZEM" wykonany w kolorze jasnozielonym oraz dodatkowy napis, znaj- dujacy sie ponizej „Truskawka aksamitna" wykonany czcionka w kolorze czerwonym. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product with an individual character, given to it by the features of lines, contours and shapes and by decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design and a colour range. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings presenting fresh fruit, leaves and twigs, thus giving the label an original appearance. The label for BIO jam according to the industrial design in three varieties is illustrated in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label; Fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label; Fig. 3 – shows the third variety of the label; List of variations of the BIO jam label according to the industrial design: Variety 1 – shown in figure 1, illustrating the label of the jam called "BIO Dzem Czarna Porzeczka". Variety 2 – shown in figure 2, illustrating the label of the jam called "BIO Dzem Malina". Variation 3 – shown in figure 3, illustrating the label of the jam called "BIO Dzem Strawberry Velvet". The jam label according to the pattern is characterized by the fact that it has an area with an outline similar to a rectangle with rounded sides. The background of the label, in all variations of the label pattern, has a light beige color, with elements of lightening, which is associated with nature. At the upper edge of the label, in the middle, in all variations of the pattern, there is a drawing of a stylized dark green leaf, with a short stem and two small additional leaves. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and a white outline in the lower part of the leaf. Lower, under the drawing of the leaf, there is a very large inscription "BIO" made in a green stylized font, in light green block letters, and below it a smaller one on a light green background in white. font the inscription "DZEM". Below, in all varieties of the label, there is an inscription made in a stylized font, in a color referring to the taste of the jam, defining the name of the jam. On the outer sides of the central inscription in the side parts of the label, in a way that fills the label, there are drawings presenting fresh fruits with leaves and stalks corresponding to the name, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was obtained thanks to local brightening. In the central part of the label, in all varieties of the design, there are branches with leaves and fruits arranged in a fanciful composition. The type of fruit corresponds to the taste/name of the jam. The leaves in the drawing seem to be painted with paints, while the fruits are fresh. The effect of three-dimensionality and freshness of the fruits was obtained thanks to local brightening. At the very bottom of the label, in all design variations, there is an inscription made in a stylized font, in a color referring to the taste of the jam: "MALINA", "CZARNA PORZECZKA" and "RUSKAWKA KASAMITNNA". The first version of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. The design contains a drawing of fresh raspberries and the main inscription "BIO DZEM" made in light green and an additional inscription, located below "Malina", made in red font. The industrial design shown in Fig. 2 contains a drawing of fresh blackcurrants and the main inscription "BIO DZEM" made in light green and an additional inscription, located below "Czarna Porzeczka", made in black font. The industrial design shown in Fig. 3 contains a drawing of fresh velvet strawberry fruits and the inscription main "BIO DZIEM" in light green and additional inscription below "Truskawka weselena" in red font.
