Ponizej na srodku, widnieje duzy, wyrazny napis ze smakiem/nazwa syropu, napisany czarna fantazyjna czcionka, przypominajaca pismo reczne. Napis jest lekko przechylony w lewa strone, w ten sposób, ze kazda kolejna litera wyrazu jest wyzej od poprzedniej. W centralnej czesci etykiety, we wszystkich odmianach wzoru, znajduja sie swieze owoce z list- kami ziól, lub kwiatami, ulozone w fantazyjnej kompozycji. We wszystkich odmianach wzoru przemyslowego obok kompozycji z owoców znajduje sie rysunek zlotego okregu z wpisanym w srodek napisem, wykonanym zlotymi literami, informujacym PL 23114 3 o specjalnych walorach spozywczych danego syropu: „BEZ BARWNIKÓW I KONSERWANTÓW" – zlota czcionka, drukowanymi literami oraz „Z WIT. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as by decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh fruit with leaves and stalks, thus giving the label an original appearance. The label of the food syrup according to the pattern is characterized in that it has an area with an outline close to a rectangle with rounded edges. The label background, in all design variations, is white in the center, gradually becoming saturated with color toward the edges, a color that alludes to the syrup's flavor/name. At the top edge of the label, in all design variations, is a horizontally placed composition of a stylized dark green leaf, with a short stem and two small additional leaves. At the end of the leaf's stem is an image of fruit, alluding to the syrup's flavor/name. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, outlined in white. In all design variations, a delicate cutout pattern surrounds the leaf, referencing traditional motifs of Polish folk culture. The cutout pattern also extends along the bottom edge of the label. Below, in the center, is a large, clear inscription with the syrup's flavor/name, written in a fanciful black font resembling handwriting. The inscription is slightly tilted to the left, so that each subsequent letter of the word is higher than the previous one. In the central part of the label, in all variants of the design, there are fresh fruit with herb leaves or flowers, arranged in an imaginative arrangement. The type of fruit corresponds to the flavor/name of the syrup. The three-dimensional effect and freshness of the fruit are achieved through localized highlights. In all variants of the industrial design, next to the fruit composition is a drawing of a golden circle with an inscription inscribed in gold letters, informing about the syrup's special nutritional values: "WITHOUT COLORS AND PRESERVATIVES" in gold font, in block letters, and "WITH WIT. C" in black font, in block letters. The first variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. The design includes a drawing of fresh raspberries with leaves and the inscription "Malina" (Raspberry). The background of the label towards the edges is saturated with red, and the cut-out on the lower edge of the label is dark red. The design includes a drawing of fresh raspberries with green leaves and a cranberry and the inscription "Malina z zurawina" (Raspberry with cranberry), with the phrase "z zurawina" (with cranberry) written in a red font. The background of the label towards the edges becomes saturated red, and the cutout at the bottom edge of the label is green. The fourth variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 4. The design contains a drawing of fresh raspberries with leaves and lemon quarters and the inscription "Raspberry with lemon," with the phrase "with lemon" written in yellow font. The background of the label towards the edges becomes saturated red, and the cutout at the bottom edge of the label is yellow. The industrial design shown in Fig. 5 contains a drawing of fresh raspberries with lemon balm leaves and the inscription "Raspberry with lemon balm," with the phrase "with lemon balm" being smaller and written in green font. The background of the label towards the edges becomes saturated red, and the cutout at the bottom edge of the label is green. The industrial design shown in Fig. 6 includes a drawing of fresh raspberries with linden blossoms and the inscription "Raspberry with linden blossoms", with the phrase "with linden blossoms" being smaller and written in yellow font. The design includes a drawing of fresh raspberries and rosehips and the inscription "Raspberry with wild rose", with the phrase "with wild rose" being written in red font. The design includes a drawing of fresh strawberries with leaves and the inscription "Strawberry". The background of the label becomes saturated with burgundy towards the edges, and the cutout on the lower edge of the label is red.
