Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta dzemu, przeznaczona do nanoszenia na jednostkowe opakowania szklane. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz przez motywy zdobnicze, wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków przedstawiajacych swieze owoce, ich czesci oraz listki, nadajac tym samym etykiecie oryginalny wyglad. Etykieta dzemu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach jest zobrazowana zalaczona ilustracja, na której: 1. fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety, 2. fig. 2 – przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety, 3. fig. 3 – przedstawia trzecia odmiane etykiety, wykaz odmian etykiety dzemu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego: 1. odmiana 1 – przedstawiona na figurze 1, ilustrujaca etykiete dzemu agrestowego, 2. odmiana 2 – przedstawiona na figurze 2, ilustrujaca etykiete dzemu truskawkowego, 3. odmiana 3 – przedstawiona na figurze 3, ilustrujaca etykiete dzemu czeresniowego, Etykieta dzemu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma obszar o zarysie zblizonym do kwadratu, o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Tlo etykiety jest transparentne. Przy górnej krawedzi etykiety, posrodku jest umieszczony rysunek stylizowanego, ciemno- zielonego listka z krótka lodyzka i dwoma malymi dodatkowymi listkami umieszczonymi poziomo ponizej. Stylizowany listek ma fantazyjny ksztalt nadany ciemnozielonym obrysem i bialym konturem w dolnej czesci listka. Poziomo, ponizej duzego listka znajduja sie dwa male listki, takze barwy ciemnozielonej z cieniowaniem. Ponizej listka w centralnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie rysunek czarnej prostokatnej tablicy o zaokraglonych krawedziach z bezowym obramowaniem na stojaku. W górnej czesci tablicy umieszczono, biala pogrubiona czcionka, napis „Z Dawnego Sadu", pod którym znajduje sie nazwa dzemu odpowiadajaca jego smakowi (z wyjatkiem odmiany 2). Ponizej rysunku tablicy w dolnej czesci etykiety jest naniesiony rysunek przedstawiajacy korespondujace z nazwa swieze owoce z listkami badz szypulkami, dla których optyczny efekt trójwymiarowosci i swiezosci uzyskano dzieki miejscowym rozjasnieniom. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 1 ma 2- poziomowy napis „Dzem Agrestowy", bedacy nazwa dzemu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi. Przy czym napis „Dzem" wykonany jest biala czcionka, a „Agrestowy" zólta. Rysunek ponizej tablicy przedstawia swieze owoce agrestu z listkami. Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 2 ma 3- poziomowy napis „Dzem Aksamitny truskawkowy" bedacy nazwa dzemu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi. Przy czym napis „Dzem Aksamitny" wykonany jest biala czcionka, a „truskawkowy" rózowa. Rysunek ponizej tablicy przedstawia swieze owoce truskawek z listkami i szypulkami. W niniejszej odmianie w lewym dolnym rogu etykiety znajduje sie dwupoziomowy napis "Bez pestek! / Idealny dla dzieci!" wykonany biala czcionka z czarnym konturem. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego widoczna na Fig. 3 ma 2- poziomowy napis „Dzem Czeresniowy", bedacy nazwa dzemu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi. Przy czym napis „Dzem" wykonany jest biala czcionka, a „Czeresniowy" jasnoczerwona. Rysunek ponizej tablicy przedstawia swieze owoce czeresni z listkami wypadajace z wiklinowego kosza. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ? etykieta ma obszar o zarysie zblizonym do kwadratu, o zaokraglonych krawedziach; ? tlo etykiety jest transparentne; ? przy górnej krawedzi etykiety, posrodku jest umieszczony rysunek stylizowanego, ciemnozielonego listka z krótka lodyzka i dwoma malymi dodatkowymi listkami umieszczonymi poziomo ponizej. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique appearance, achieved through the use of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a range of colors. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle arrangement of drawings depicting fresh fruit, its parts, and leaves, thus lending the label a unique appearance. The jam label according to the industrial design in three varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: 1. fig. 1 – shows the first variety of the label, 2. fig. 2 – shows the second variety of the label, 3. fig. 3 – shows the third variety of the label, list of varieties of the jam label according to the industrial design: 1. variety 1 – shown in figure 1, illustrating the gooseberry jam label, 2. variety 2 – shown in figure 2, illustrating the strawberry jam label, 3. variety 3 – shown in figure 3, illustrating the cherry jam label, The jam label is characterized by having an area with an outline close to a square, with rounded edges. The background of the label is transparent. At the top edge of the label, in the center, is an image of a stylized, dark green leaf with a short stem and two additional small leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given by a dark green outline and a white contour at the bottom. Horizontally, below the large leaf are two small leaves, also dark green with shading. Below the leaf in the central part of the label is an image of a black rectangular plate with rounded edges and a beige border on a stand. At the top of the plate, in bold white font, is the inscription "Z Dawnego Sadu," below which is the name of the jam corresponding to its flavor (except for variety 2). Below the plate drawing, in the lower part of the label, there is a drawing showing fresh fruit with leaves or stems corresponding to the name, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved thanks to localized highlights. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has a two-level inscription "Dzem Gorestowy" (Agrestember Jam), which is the name of the jam, corresponding to its flavor. The inscription "Dzem" is written in white font, and "Agrestowy" in yellow. The drawing below the plate shows fresh gooseberries with leaves. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a three-level inscription "Dzem Velvet Strawberry Jam", which is the name of the jam, corresponding to its flavor. The inscription "Dzem Velvet" is written in white font, and "strawberry" in pink font. The drawing below the table shows fresh strawberries with leaves and stems. In this version, the lower left corner of the label features a two-level inscription "Seedless! / Ideal for children!" in white font with a black outline. The third version of the industrial design visible in Fig. 3 has a two-level inscription "Cherry Jam," which is the name of the jam, corresponding to its flavor. The inscription "Jam" is in white font, and "Cherry" is in light red font. The drawing below the table shows fresh cherries with leaves falling out of a wicker basket.
