Piata odmiana wzoru przemyslowego widoczna na Fig. 5 ma napis „MALINA" oraz zawiera ry- sunek przedstawiajacy swieze owoce malin z listkami i szypulkami. Pasmo w dolnej czesci etykiety jest koloru niebieskiego. Szósta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 6 ma dwupoziomowy napis „MA- LINA z ZURAWINA" oraz zawiera rysunek przedstawiajacy swieze owoce malin z listkami oraz owoce zurawiny. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique appearance, imbued with features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a color palette. The aesthetic effect is achieved through the subtle arrangement of drawings depicting fresh fruit and information about the tea's name, thus giving the label a unique appearance. The label of the "TEA GARDEN" fruit tea according to the industrial design in eight varieties is shown in the attached illustration, in which: 1. fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, 2. fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, 3. fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, 4. fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, 5. fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label, 6. fig. 6 - shows the sixth variety of the label, 7. fig. 7 - shows the seventh variety of the label, 8. fig. 8 - shows the eighth variety of the label. The background of the label in all varieties gradually lightens inwards, so that the outer edges take on colors with a stronger degree of color saturation than in the central fragments. In the upper part of the label, in the center, there is a drawing of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and a white outline in the lower part of the leaf. Just below the green leaf there is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline in the upper part of the leaf and a beige one in the lower part. In the central part of this leaf is an image of a raspberry and a blueberry, surrounded by leaves. Below the image of the fruit is a two-level inscription reading "TEA GARDEN." Both the inscription and the image of the fruit are burgundy. On the left, below the cream leaf, there is a third, small, shaded burgundy leaf with a brown outline. Below the image of the leaves is a central horizontal inscription, in large white letters, containing the name of the fruit tea, corresponding to its flavor. The central part of the label, below the inscriptions, contains an image of fresh fruit corresponding to the name, with leaves or stems, and flowers, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness is achieved thanks to localized highlights. At the bottom of the label is a horizontal, rectangular band of color, varying depending on the design variety and the width of the entire label. The above-mentioned band features a cut-out pattern referring to traditional motifs of Polish folk culture, in red (Podhale motif - varieties: 1, 2, 6; Kurpie motif - varieties: 3, 7; Lowicz motif - varieties: 4, 5, 8).
