Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta napoju winopochodnego owocowego, w czterech odmianach przeznaczona do nanoszenia na opakowanie najczesciej butelkowe. Istota, wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac etykiety napoju winopochodnego owocowego nadana jej przez uklad graficzny i slowno - graficzny, cechy linii, kolorystyke oraz elementy obrazowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 do Fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the fruit wine-based beverage label, given to it by its graphic and word-graphic layout, line features, color scheme, and pictorial elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. The label of the fruit wine-based drink according to the industrial design is essentially in the shape of a rectangular grey cardboard box on which a second label is applied, in red or a shade of green or purple or a shade of dark purple, marked with a white outline with rounded corners, where on the surface of each label in the middle there is a graphic, always contrasted with the background of the label, of a bunch of fruit or fruits in cherry or lemon or currant or raspberry colour with the addition of green, corresponding to the taste of the given fruit wine-based drink. In addition, the upper part of the label always features a two-level inscription "Wisnia Sandomierska" or "Cytryna Sandomierska" or "Porzeczka Sandomierska" or "Raspberry Sandomierska" written in a characteristic white font emphasizing the flavor. The upper left corner of each label features the manufacturer's logo "Dwikozy," while the lower right corner of the label features the characteristic inscription "Nowosc" in yellow outlined with two lines and the manufacturer's barcode. The visual effect of freshness of the entire label, defining the taste of the wine-based fruit drink made from the given fruits, is achieved in the drawing by the characteristic arrangement of each variety of fruit used, sometimes cut into pieces.
