PL 25139 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowan towarów, takich jak wody mineralne i gazowane oraz inne napoje bezalkoholowe. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno-graficznej etykiety pojedynczych towarów lub zbiorczych opakowan tych towarów, zawierajace na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej uklady plastyczne i kolorystyczne, polaczone z elementami slowno-graficznymi o znamionach kompozycji regionalnej, sugestywnie oddzialywujacej na potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z prowadzonej dzialalnosci wytwórczej, handlowej oraz uslugowej w zakresie sprzedazy wytworzonych napoi. Etykieta opakowania napojów ma postac powierzchni ekspozycyjnej, która w czesci srodkowej ma zaznaczona górna czesc powierzchni kolistej, zamknietej w czesci dolnej perspektywicznym widokiem lukowych zagonów o róznych wysokosciach, ze wskazaniem liniowo rzedów zasiewów. Dolna podstawa zagonów zostala podkreslona na calej dlugosci lukowymi liniami. Na powierzchni kolistej, nad zagonami znajduje sie wyraz „ZDRÓJ", napisany duzymi literami, zdobniczym krojem liter, od zewnetrznej strony, krawedzie liter maja bialy obrys. Wokól krawedzi powierzchni kolistej, od zewnetrznej strony umieszczony jest wyraz „POMORZANKA", napisany duzymi zdobniczymi literami o wymiarach nadajacych ekspozycji dominujacy charakter. Calosc oznaczenia etykiety jest podkreslona szerokim bialym pasmem, tworzac jedna zwarta kompozycje slowno-graficzna, powierzchnia liter i elementów graficznych sa w kolorach niebieskim, ciemno-zielonym, zas górne i dolne powierzchnie krawedziowe sa barwy zielonej z odcieniami. 2. W drugiej odmianie etykiety, górne i dolne powierzchnie krawedziowe maja barwe niebieska z odcieniami. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a verbal and graphic composition on the label of individual goods or collective packaging of these goods, containing visual and color arrangements on the display surface, combined with verbal and graphic elements with characteristics of a regional composition, suggestively influencing potential customers using the conducted manufacturing, commercial, and service activities related to the sale of manufactured beverages. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show the label's display area in Fig. 1, and the label's display area in Fig. 2, in a different color scheme than the label in Fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The beverage packaging label has the form of a display area, the central part of which is marked with the upper part of a circular surface, enclosed in the lower part by a perspective view of arc-shaped beds of various heights, with a linear indication of the crop rows. The lower base of the beds is highlighted along their entire length with arc-shaped lines. On the circular surface, above the beds, is the word "ZDRÓJ," written in capital letters in a decorative font, on the outer side, the edges of the letters have a white outline. Around the edge of the circular surface, on the outer side, there is the word "POMORZANKA", written in large, decorative letters of dimensions that give the display a dominant character. The entire label marking is highlighted with a wide white band, creating one compact word-graphic composition. The surface of the letters and graphic elements are in blue and dark green, while the upper and lower edge surfaces are green with shades. 2.
