Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta, przeznaczona do umieszczania na stosownych opakowaniach produktów spozywczych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, nadajacego sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, przejawiajacych sie charakterystycznymi stylizowanymi graficznymi elementami stanowiacych barwne rysunki, barwne literowe elementy oraz narwe powierzchni tla. The industrial design is a label intended to be placed on appropriate food product packaging. The essence of the novelty and originality of an industrial design is its new form, capable of being reproduced multiple times, and manifested by characteristic stylized graphic elements consisting of colorful drawings, colorful lettering, and a background surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, where Fig. 1 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a white and peach background, the peach color having fancy irregular straight and curved as well as spiral stripes, and in the central part a stylized drawing of a cross-sectioned peach fruit, and on both sides of it, the words "Bio Centauri" with a characteristic and stylized typeface, the word "Bio" having a peach-colored surface of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of red lines, and the word "Centauri" having a dark red surface of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of white lines, as well as the words "PEACH" and "Drinking Yogurt", the stylized upper and lower case letters of which have a dark red surface color, and along the lower edge, placed one after the other, the words "MILKYWAY TO HEAVEN" with a dark red surface color; fig. 2 - shows a view of a rectangular label against a white and berry-colored background, the berry color having fancy irregular straight and curved as well as spiral stripes, and in the central part a stylized drawing of several berries, and on both sides of it, the words "Bio Centauri" with a characteristic and stylized typeface, wherein the word "JBio" has a dark yellow surface color of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of red lines, and the word "Centauri" has a berry surface color of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of white lines, as well as the words "JAGODOWY" and "Joghurt do wody" (Drinking Yogurt), the stylized upper and lower case letters of which have a berry surface color, and along the lower edge, placed one after the other, the words "MILKYWAY TO HEAVEN" with a berry surface color; fig. 3 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a white and strawberry-coloured background, the strawberry colour having fancy irregular straight and curved as well as spiral stripes, and in the central part a stylised drawing of a strawberry fruit, and on both sides thereof, the words "Bio Centauri" with a characteristic and stylised typeface, the word "Bio" having a dark yellow surface colour of the letters and the letter edges in the form of red lines, and the word "Centauri" having a strawberry surface colour of the letters and the letter edges in the form of white lines, as well as the words "STRUSKAWKOWY" and "drinking yogurt", the stylised upper and lower case letters of which have a strawberry surface colour, and along the lower edge, placed one after the other, the words "MILKYWAY TO HEAVEN" with a strawberry surface colour; Fig. 4 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a white, yellow and green background, where the yellow and green color has fancy irregular straight and curved as well as spiral stripes, and in the central part a stylized drawing of an apple with leaves, and on both sides of it, the words "Bio Centauri" with a characteristic and stylized font, where the word "Bio" has a dark yellow surface color of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of green lines, and the word "Centauri" has a green surface color of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of white lines, as well as the words "JABLOKOWO - METOWY" and "JOGURT do wody" (Drinking Yogurt), the stylized upper and lower case letters of which have a green surface color, and along the lower edge, placed one after the other, the words "MILKYWAY TO HEAVEN" with a green surface color; Fig. 5 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a white and purple background, where the white and purple color has fancy irregular straight and curved as well as spiral stripes, and in the central part a stylized drawing of forest fruits, and on both sides of it, the words "3io Centauri" with a characteristic and stylized font, where the word "Bio" has a dark yellow surface color of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of purple lines, and the word "Centauri" has a purple surface color of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of white lines, as well as the words "FRUIT OF THE FOREST" and "Drinking Yogurt", whose stylized upper and lower case letters have a purple surface color, and along the lower edge, placed one after the other, the words "MILKYWAY TO HEAVEN" with a purple surface color. The label, according to the industrial design, containing a rectangular outline, has significant features manifested in that it contains a background of peach color, blueberry color, strawberry color, green color and purple color, wherein the said colors have fanciful outlines, irregular straight and curved and spiral bands, and in the central part it contains stylized drawings of a cross-sectioned peach, several berries, a strawberry, an apple with leaves and forest fruits, and on both sides of the stylized drawings there are the words "Bio Centauri" in a characteristic and stylized font, wherein the word "Bio" has a dark yellow color of the surface of the letters and the edges of the letters in the form of lines in the colors of peach, blueberry, strawberry, green and purple, and the word "Centauri" has a peach, blueberry, strawberry, green and purple color of the surface of the letters, wherein the edges of the letters in the form of The lines are in dark red, blueberry, strawberry, green and purple, as well as the words "PEACH", "BLUEBERRY", "STRAWBERRY", "APPLE-MINT" and "FRUIT OF THE FOREST", as well as "Drinking yogurt", whose stylized upper and lower case letters have dark red, blueberry, strawberry, green and purple surfaces, while along the lower edge of the label there are, placed one after the other, the words "MLKYWAY TO HEAVEN" with dark red, blueberry, strawberry, green and purple surface colours. The label has attractive, vivid colors that allow for positive aesthetic experiences, and the visual form of the drawing allows the recipient to focus on the image of the fruit or fruits placed in the central part of the label, while the background colors of the label and the colors of the words placed are combined with the natural colors of the fruit.
