Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a clothing label used in the clothing industry and trade, primarily in clothing items.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, fakture lub material oraz przez jego ornamentacje. The essence of a design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colours, texture or material and by its ornamentation.

Metka odziezowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana z tektury lub z tworzyw sztucz- nych. The clothing label, according to the industrial design, is made of cardboard or plastic.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 – przedstawia metke odziezowa w widoku ogólnym odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 2 – pokazuje metke odziezowa w widoku ogólnym odmiana 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, przedstawionego na ilustracji, fig. 1 – na- lezy zaliczyc, ze metka odziezowa jest uksztaltowana w formie prostokatnego kartonika o zaokraglo- nych narozach, wydluzonego w kierunku pionowym. Powierzchnia kartonika jest w kolorze szarym o odcieniu stalowym i stanowi tlo dla rozmieszczonych na niej nieregularnie napisów w jezyku angiel- skim. Napisy sa w kolorze szarym, nieco jasniejszym niz kolor powierzchni kartonika co stylizuje ich slaba widocznosc. W niektórych miejscach powierzchnia napisów wyglada jakby zostala starta lub roz- myta, przez co jest slabiej widoczna. Napis ten tworza litery w kolorze bialym, z ciemnymi ob- wódkami wokól kazdej litery. Litery tego napisu polaczone w grupy tworza czlony napisu, obwiedzione od zewnatrz i pomiedzy soba czerwonymi obwodowymi liniami. Powierzchnia liter w niektórych miejscach wyglada jakby zostala starta lub rozmyta, przez co jest slabiej widoczna.
