Wytwór na- daje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The graphic sign, in accordance with the industrial design, may be used on advertising panels, especially in opticians' shops. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the structure of the composition of the graphic content, the arrangement of lines, contours, colours, ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the graphic mark variant 1, Fig. 2 presents the graphic mark variant 2, Fig. 3 shows the graphic mark variant 3, Fig. 4 presents the graphic mark variant 4. Essential features of an industrial design The essential features of an industrial design include the graphic form with the word element of the design variant 1, presented in drawing Fig. 1, which is a graphic element stylizing a light frame of glasses in a front view, with a dark edge line drawn. In the middle of the graphic element, below the diagonal crossbar connecting the frames of the glasses lenses, there is a recess in which an information inscription made using a dark stylized font is incorporated. The graphic sign, according to the industrial design variant 2, presented in the attached drawing Fig. 2, constitutes a graphic element stylizing a light frame of glasses in a front view, with a dark edge line drawn.
