Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac znaku slowno-graficznego, skladajacego sie z elementu slownego wkomponowanego w postac graficzna. Znak graficzny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc stosowany na budynkach, pojazdach, w dokumentach i innych materialach biurowych, oraz materialach promocyjnych i reklamowych, kopertach, wizytówkach, a takze stronach internetowych i wykorzystywany w dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac znaku graficznego, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym liternictwie i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny znaku slowno-graficznego, w którym element graficzny sklada sie z wypuklej tarczy, nawiazujacej ksztaltem do sredniowiecznej tradycji rycerskiej, oznaczonej dodatkowo w prawym górnym rogu stylizowana mala literka „v", umieszczona na zielonym tle kola, a element slowny stanowia wyrazy „Bezpieczny Pracownik". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa, charakterystyczna postac znaku slowno-graficznego, umieszczonego na prostokatnej bialej plaszczyznie. Element graficzny zajmuje okolo ¼ czesci powierzchni wzoru i oddzielony jest od czesci literniczej cienka ciemnoniebieska pionowa prosta linia. Tworzy go tarcza przypominajaca ksztaltem sredniowieczne tradycje rycerskie, nieco zwrócona lewym bokiem do tylu, co sprawia wrazenie wypuklosci i trójwymiarowosci. Pole tarczy podzielone jest odpowiednio na cztery czesci, z których dwie górne maja ksztalt zblizony do kwadratów, dwie dolne zas przypominaja trójkaty prostokatne. Kwadrat lewy ma kolor granatowy, a prawy - niebieski. Trójkat lewy jest niebieski, a prawy - granatowy. Cala tarcza obwiedziona jest srebrna klamra z rozmieszczonymi równomiernie kóleczkami imitujacymi elementy spinajace lub przytrzymujace tarcze. Klamra ta dodatkowo na prawym boku tarczy jest pogrubiona i wzmocniona czarna linia, co daje wrazenie trójwymiarowosci rysunku. W prawym górnym rogu tarczy znajduje sie stylizowana biala mala litera „v", umieszczona w kole na jasnozielonym tle. W dolnej czesci kola umieszczono jasny przeblysk, który nadaje figurze wypukly ksztalt. Czesc liternicza wzoru stanowia slowa „Bezpieczny Pracownik", umieszczone w dwóch równoleglych liniach, rozpoczynajace sie duza litera. Napis zajmuje okolo ¾ powierzchni plaszczyzny wzoru i utrzymany jest w identycznej ciemnej kolorystyce, co pionowa linia rozdzielajaca element graficzny od slownego. Slowo „Bezpieczny" umieszczone zostalo nad wyrazem „Pracownik" i zapisane mniejsza czcionka. Slowo „Pracownik" zapisane pod spodem, jest bardziej wyeksponowane poprzez uzycie wiekszej czcionki do jego zapisu, co sugeruje, ze to wlasnie wyraz „Pracownik" jest elementem dominujacym warstwy slownej wzoru.PL 20383 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20383 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL Description of an industrial design The subject of an industrial design is a new form of a verbal and graphic sign, consisting of a verbal element incorporated into a graphic form. The graphic sign, in accordance with the industrial design, may be used on buildings, vehicles, documents and other office materials, as well as promotional and advertising materials, envelopes, business cards, as well as websites and used in the company's activities. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual form of a graphic sign, manifested in its original lettering and colors. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the word-graphic sign, in which the graphic element consists of a convex shield, referring in shape to the medieval knightly tradition, additionally marked in the upper right corner with a stylized small letter " v", placed on a green background of the circle, and the word element consists of the words "Safe Employee". Important features of an industrial design An industrial design is a new, characteristic form of a verbal and graphic sign placed on a rectangular white surface. The graphic element takes up about ¼ of the design surface and is separated from the lettering part by a thin, dark blue vertical straight line. It consists of a shield reminiscent of medieval knightly traditions, with the left side slightly turned backwards, which gives the impression of convexity and three-dimensionality. The shield area is divided into four parts, the upper two of which have a shape similar to squares, while the lower two resemble right-angled triangles. The left square is navy blue and the right square is blue. The left triangle is blue and the right triangle is navy blue. The entire shield is surrounded by a silver buckle with evenly spaced rings imitating elements that fasten or hold the shield. This buckle is additionally thickened and reinforced with a black line on the right side of the shield, which gives the impression of a three-dimensional drawing. In the upper right corner of the shield there is a stylized white lowercase letter "v", placed in a circle on a light green background. In the lower part of the circle there is a bright flash that gives the figure a convex shape. The lettering part of the pattern consists of the words "Safe Worker", placed in two parallel lines, starting with a capital letter. The inscription takes up approximately ¾ of the surface of the pattern and is in the same dark color as the vertical line separating the graphic element from the verbal element. The word "Safe" was placed above the word "Employee" in a smaller font.
