Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac znaku graficznego, skladajacego sie z elementu slownego wkomponowanego w postac graficzna. Znak graficzny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc stosowany na budynkach, pojazdach, w dokumentach i innych materialach biurowych, oraz materialach promocyjnych i reklamowych, kopertach, wizytówkach, a takze stronach internetowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez strukture kompozycji tresci graficznej, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 ilustruje znak graficzny w calosci, odmiana 1, Fig. 2 przedstawia znak graficzny w postaci barwnej w calosci, od- miana 2, natomiast Fig. 3 uwidacznia znak graficzny w postaci barwnej, odmiana 3. The graphic sign, in accordance with the industrial design, may be used on buildings, vehicles, documents and other office materials, as well as promotional and advertising materials, envelopes, business cards, and websites. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the structure of the composition of the graphic content, the arrangement of lines, contours, colors, ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the graphic mark in its entirety, variant 1, Fig. 2 shows the graphic mark in colour in its entirety, variant 2, while Fig. 3 shows the graphic mark in colour, variant 3. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the graphic form with the verbal element of the design, variant 1, presented in drawing Fig. 1, consists of stylised inscriptions "NIERUCHOMOSCI" and "BOZA KRÓWKA", arranged in two lines on a light background. The font forming the inscription "NIERUCHOMOSCI" is in a dark colour, while the font forming the inscription "BOZA KRÓWKA" is in a light colour with a dark border and irregularly arranged dots, also in a dark colour. On the right side of the inscriptions there is a graphic element depicting a house, against which a ladybug, created with a dark line, leans, with light wings with dark dots, and a dark top hat on her head with light padding. The ladybug is wearing a light jacket with a bow tie, and light shoes. The graphic element is created with a dark line on a light background, with the roof of the house being light. Under the graphic element depicting a ladybug in a top hat leaning against a house, there is an oval with a dark field, under which the inscription www.tanie-M.pl is placed in a dark color. The graphic symbol, according to the industrial design variant 2, presented in the attached drawing Fig. 2, consists of stylized inscriptions "NIERUCHOMOSCI" and "BOZA KRÓWKA" arranged in two lines on a white background. The font forming the inscription "NIERUCHOMOSCI" is in black, while the font forming the inscription "BOZA KRÓWKA" is in red with a black border and irregularly placed dots, in black. On the right side of the inscriptions there is a graphic element depicting a house, against which a black lined figure of a ladybug is leaning, with red wings with black dots, and a black top hat with red lining on her head. The ladybug is wearing a white jacket with a bow tie, and white shoes. The graphic element is formed by a black line on a white background, with the roof of the house in red.
