Znak graficzny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc stosowany na budynkach, pojazdach, w dokumentach i innych materialach biurowych, oraz materialach promocyjnych i reklamowych, kopertach, wizytówkach, a takze stronach internetowych i wykorzystywany w dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac znaku slowno-graficznego, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym liternictwie i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig.1 przedstawia widok ogólny znaku slowno-graficznego, w którym znak slowno-graficzny sklada sie z okregu, ksztaltem i stylistyka przypominajacego plakietke oraz napisu „CENTRUM EDUKACJI esecure", wpisanego w ten okrag. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa, charakterystyczna postac znaku slowno-graficznego, który ksztaltem i stylistyka przypomina okragla plakietke. Warstwe slowna stanowia wyrazy „CENTRUM EDUKACJI esecure", które zostaly wpisane wewnatrz niebieskiego okregu umieszczonego na bialym tle. Wewnatrz okregu umieszczono równiez drugi okrag, nieco mniejszy tego samego koloru, który zostal przeciety wzdluz napisem „esecure", a jego wielkosc odpowiada srednicy okregu zewnetrznego. Minuskulowe litery tworzace napis „secure", poprzedzone zostaly sygnetem „e", który rózni sie kolorystyka, stylistyka i wielkoscia czcionki od liter tworzacych napis „secure". Sygnet jest koloru bialego, umieszczony w kole na cieniowanym zóltopomaranczowym tle i przechylony nieco w lewo. Dodatkowo zapisano go wieksza czcionka niz napis „secure". Kolorystyka slowa „secure" utrzymana jest w tonacji granatowo-blekitnej. Litery sa cieniowane od jasnoniebieskiego blekitu u dolu i góry kazdej z nich do granatu posrodku kazdej litery. Czcionka napisu „esecure" jest stylizowana i rózni sie zdecydowanie od czcionki slów „CENTRUM EDUKACJI", które zostaly zapisane duzymi literami i umieszczone pomiedzy okregiem zewnetrznym i wewnetrznym wzoru. Wyraz „CENTRUM" znajduje sie u góry plakietki, ponad napisem „esecure", natomiast wyraz „EDUKACJI" - u dolu plakietki, ponizej napisu „esecure". Majuskulowe litery warstwy slownej wzoru maja ten sam, co oba okregi, kolor ciemnoniebieski. According to the industrial design, the figurative mark may be used on buildings, vehicles, documents and other office supplies, as well as promotional and advertising materials, envelopes, business cards, and websites, and may be used in the company's operations. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the figurative mark, manifested in its original lettering and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the figurative mark, in which the figurative mark consists of a circle, resembling a badge in shape and style, and the inscription "CENTRUM EDUKACJI esecure" (e-secure Education Center) inscribed within this circle. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The industrial design is a new, distinctive form of a verbal and figurative mark, whose shape and style resemble a circular badge. The verbal layer consists of the words "EDUCATION CENTER esecure," which are inscribed within a blue circle placed on a white background. Inside the circle, there is also a second, slightly smaller circle of the same color, cut lengthwise by the word "esecure," its size corresponding to the diameter of the outer circle. The minuscule letters forming the word "secure" are preceded by the signet "e," which differs in color, style, and font size from the letters forming the word "secure." The signet is white, placed within a circle on a shaded yellow-orange background, and tilted slightly to the left. Additionally, it is written in a larger font than the word "secure." The color scheme of the word "secure" is navy blue. The letters are shaded from light blue at the bottom and top of each letter to navy blue in the middle of each letter. The font of the inscription "esecure" is stylized and differs significantly from the font of the words "CENTRUM EDUKACJI", which are written in capital letters and placed between the outer and inner circles of the design. The word "CENTRUM" is located at the top of the badge, above the inscription "esecure", while the word "EDUKACJI" is located at the bottom of the badge, below the inscription "esecure". The capital letters of the word layer of the design are the same dark blue as both circles.
