Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do identyfikacji dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa, na przyklad przez publikowanie w witrynach internetowych oraz umieszczanie na dokumentach, przedmiotach i wydawnictwach firmowych dotyczacych zagadnien wzornictwa oraz innowacji w zakresie nowych technologii w przemysle drzewnym. Nowa i oryginalna postac znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przejawia sie w cechach linii i ksztaltu oraz kolorystyce elementu graficznego, a takze w jego kompozycji z elementami slownymi, które równiez cechuje oryginalne liternictwo i kolorystyka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym widok ogólny znaku graficznego. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w odmianach na fig. 1 do fig. 6, pokazanych na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 1, element graficzny znaku stanowi szeregowy uklad trzech plaskich figur w ksztalcie czesci pierscienia z powierzchnia w kolorze ciemnoszarym, rozdzielonych kolorowa kropka, przy czym miedzy figura pierwsza i druga kropka w kolorze pomaranczowym usytuowana jest w czesci górnej. Natomiast miedzy figura druga i trzecia, które zwrócone sa do siebie krawedziami wkleslymi, kropka w kolorze jasnozielonym usytuowana jest w czesci dolnej. Obok, na bialym tle, jest umieszczone wyrazenie slowne „CENTRUM INNOWACJI I WZORNICTWA", napisane w trzech liniach drukowana duza czcionka w kobrze czarnym. Odmiany znaku graficznego, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 2, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne napisane czcionka w kolorze bialym „CENTRUM INNOWACJI I WZORNICTWA", sa umieszczone na czarnym tle. W elemencie graficznym powierzchnia figur ma kolor jasnoszary, zas jedna kropka ma kolor ciemnoniebieski a druga fioletowy. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 3, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „CENTRUM INNOWACJI I WZORNICTWA", sa umieszczone na bialym tle i maja kolor w odcieniach szarosci. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 4, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „CENTRUM INNOWACJI I WZORNICTWA", sa umieszczone na tle w odcieniach koloru niebieskiego. W piatej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 5, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „CENTRUM INNOWACJI I WZORNICTWA", maja kontur z jasnoszara obwódka i sa umieszczone na bialym tle. W szóstej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 6, wyrazenie slowne „CENTRUM INNOWACJI I WZORNICTWA", napisane w trzech liniach drukowana duza czcionka w kolorze czarnym, jest umieszczone ponizej elementu graficznego. The new and original form of the graphic symbol based on the industrial design is manifested in the line and shape characteristics and colors of the graphic element, as well as in its composition with verbal elements, which also feature original lettering and colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which presents a general view of the graphic symbol. The graphic symbol based on the industrial design is presented in the variations shown in Figures 1 to 6, shown in the attached illustration. In the first variant of the industrial design, shown in Figure 1, the graphic element of the mark is a series of three flat figures in the shape of a part of a ring with a dark gray surface, separated by a colored dot. Between the first and second figures, an orange dot is located in the upper part. Meanwhile, between the second and third figures, which face each other with concave edges, a light green dot is located in the lower part. Next to this, on a white background, is the phrase "CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND DESIGN," written in three lines in large black font. The variants of the graphic mark, shown in Figures 2 to 5, have the features described above, but differ in color. In the second variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, the graphic element and the word "CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND DESIGN" written in white font are placed on a black background. In the graphic element, the surface of the figures is light gray, while one dot is dark blue and the other is purple. In the third variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, the graphic element and the word "CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND DESIGN" are placed on a white background and are colored in shades of gray. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, the graphic element and the word "CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND DESIGN" are placed on a background in shades of blue. In the fifth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 5, the graphic element and the word expression "CENTRE OF INNOVATION AND DESIGN" have an outline with a light grey border and are placed on a white background. In the sixth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 6, the word expression "CENTRE OF INNOVATION AND DESIGN", written in three lines in large black print, is placed below the graphic element.
