PL 25433 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a label in the form of a rosette with a red border, in the middle of which there is a circle inscription "horseradish all", while the sign "Chrzanic all" is written in red, characteristic font. Below the circle, there is the sign "P1938" inscribed in the circle with the image of a bowl. Under the rosette there is a rectangle with the inscription "Natural horseradish, Horseradish everything".

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnej kolorystyce, oryginalnej grafice oraz ukladzie linii, co nadaje indywidualny charakter wzoru. The essence of the industrial pattern is a new form of the object, manifested in its general color scheme, original graphics and the arrangement of lines, which gives the pattern an individual character.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym zdjeciu na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia etykiete opakowania. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photo, in which Fig. 1 shows the label of the packaging.
