Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy przedstawiajacy plastyczne logo firmy i nazwe firmy przeznaczony do umieszczania na drukach firmowych, cennikach, w katalogach, reklamach, na stronach internetowych oraz do oznakowania wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac znaku graficznego firmy zawierajaca kompozycje plastyczna i kolorystyczna, która w polaczeniu ze slowem bedacym skrócona nazwa firmy pod jaka firma dziala na rynku, sugestywnie oddzialuje na potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z uslug firmy i kupujacych produkty firmy wyrózniajac firme sposród innych dzialajacych na rynku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w materiale ilustracyjnym na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia znak graficzny firmy w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, zas fig. 2 przedstawia znak graficzny firmy w drugiej odmianie wykonania. Zgodnie z pierwsza odmiana wykonania znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru, przedstawiona na fig. 1, znak graficzny firmy stanowi kompozycja skladajaca sie z elementu graficznego i napisu BENIAMIN. Element graficzny znaku stanowi rysunek slonia w kolorze szarym, nad którym sa trzy male kwadraty w kolorze niebieskim, czerwonym i zielonym. Z prawej strony slonia pod kwadratami jest napis BENIAMIN wykonany duzymi literami o kroju czcionki fantazyjnej. W napisie tym pierwsza litera "I" ma kolor czerwony, druga litera "I" ma kolor zielony, natomiast pozostale litery napisu maja kolor niebieski. Zgodnie z druga odmiana wykonania znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru, przedstawiona na fig. 2, znak graficzny firmy stanowi kompozycja skladajaca sie z elementu graficznego i napisu BENIAMIN. Element graficzny znaku stanowi duza niebieska kwadratowa ramka z zaokraglonymi rogami, wewnatrz, której znajduje sie rysunek slonia w kolorze szarym. Nad sloniem sa trzy male kwadraty w kolorze niebieskim, czerwonym i zielonym. Kwadraty te czesciowo znajduja sie na ramce. Pod ramka jest napis BENIAMIN wykonany duzymi literami o kroju czcionki fantazyjnej. W napisie tym pierwsza litera "I" ma kolor czerwony, druga litera "I" ma kolor zielony, natomiast pozostale litery napisu maja kolor niebieski. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The essence of the design is a new form of the company's graphic symbol, containing a graphic and color composition. Combined with the abbreviated name of the company under which it operates in the market, it has a suggestive effect on potential customers using the company's services and purchasing its products, distinguishing the company from others operating in the market. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the company's graphic symbol in the first version, while Fig. 2 shows the company's graphic symbol in the second version. According to the first variant of the graphic mark according to the template, shown in Fig. 1, the company's graphic mark is a composition consisting of a graphic element and the inscription BENIAMIN. The graphic element of the mark is a gray elephant, above which are three small squares in blue, red, and green. To the right of the elephant, beneath the squares, is the inscription BENIAMIN in capital letters in a fanciful font. In this inscription, the first letter "I" is red, the second letter "I" is green, and the remaining letters are blue. According to the second variant of the graphic mark according to the template, shown in Fig. 2, the company's graphic mark is a composition consisting of a graphic element and the inscription BENIAMIN. The graphic element of the mark is a large blue square frame with rounded corners, inside which is a gray elephant image. Above the elephant are three small squares in blue, red, and green. These squares partially cover the frame. Below the frame is the inscription "BENIAMIN" in large, fanciful letters. The first letter "I" is red, the second letter "I" is green, and the remaining letters are blue. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
