PL 23226 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo, przeznaczone do identyfikacji dzialalnosci przed- siebiorstwa przez umieszczanie tego oznaczenia w postaci nadruków, naklejek i innych technik, na elektronicznych urzadzeniach i instalacjach, w tym o czestotliwosci radiowej, dla celów bezpieczen- stwa, identyfikacji, ewidencji i sledzenia towarów, jak równiez dla celów obliczeniowych oraz na pro- gramach komputerowych, katalogach, tablicach, dokumentach, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamo- wych, a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów i uslug sprzedazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie liternictwa, kolorystyce oraz grafice. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w odmianach kolorystycznych na fig. 1 do fig. 6. W odmianie pierwszej, logo w postaci napisu RFID POLSKA wykonane jest czcionka fantazyjna w kolorze ciemnym szarym oraz duzymi literami w dwóch poziomych liniach. Natomiast, usytuowany poprzedzajaco, element graficzny odwzorowuje plytke drukowana jako figure czworokata z wypelnie- niem w kolorze niebieskim, na którym sa rozmieszczone odcinki proste i lamane zakonczone sa na jednym koncu kóleczkiem. Calosc jest umieszczona na bialym tle, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Odmiany logo, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka lub ukladem napisu i elementu graficznego. W odmianie drugiej, logo RFID POLSKA posiada dodatkowo oznaczenie PL, napisane czcionka fantazyjna w kolorze niebieskim, jak pokazano na fig. 2. W odmianie trzeciej, logo RFID POLSKA oraz element graficzny maja cechy kolorystyczne jak opisano na fig. 1, a calosc umieszczona jest na czarnym tle, jak pokazano na fig. 3. W odmianie czwartej, logo RFID POLSKA, napisane czcionka w kolorze bialym, umieszczone jest na czarnym tle, natomiast figura czworokata ma wypelnienie w kolorze bialym a odcinki proste i lamane sa w kolorze czarnym, jak pokazano na fig. 4. W odmianie piatej, logo RFID POLSKA oraz element graficzny maja cechy kolorystyczne jak opisano dla fig. 3, natomiast ich usytuowanie ma uklad pionowy, jak pokazano na fig. 5. W odmianie szóstej, logo RFID POLSKA oraz element graficzny maja cechy kolorystyczne jak opisano dla fig. 4, natomiast ich usytuowanie ma uklad pionowy, jak pokazano na fig. 6. Uklad piono- wy dotyczy równiez fig. 7 pozostajacej w kolorystyce niebiesko-szarej. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze logo ma postac napisu RFID POLSKA lub RFID POLSKA.PL, wykonanego duza fantazyjna czcionka a element graficzny odwzorowuje plytke druko- wana, jako figure czworokata, na którym sa rozmieszczone odcinki proste i lamane zakonczone na jednym koncu kóleczkiem. PL 23226 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23226 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 23226 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a logo intended to identify a company's business by placing this marking in the form of prints, stickers, and other techniques on electronic devices and installations, including radio-frequency ones, for security purposes, identification, recording, and tracking of goods, as well as for computing purposes, and on computer programs, catalogs, signs, documents, promotional items and gifts, as well as in other forms of promotion and marketing of offered products and services, including those conducted via the Internet. The essence of the design is its new form, manifested in the shape of the lettering, colors, and graphics. The design's subject matter is presented in color variations in Figures 1 to 6. In the first variation, the logo, in the form of the inscription RFID POLSKA, is executed in a fanciful dark gray font and in capital letters in two horizontal lines. The preceding graphic element, however, represents a printed circuit board as a blue-filled quadrilateral, with straight and broken segments terminating in a circle at one end. The entire design is placed on a white background, as shown in Figure 1. The logo variations, presented in Figures 2 to 5, have the features described above, but differ in the color scheme or arrangement of the inscription and graphic element. In the second variant, the RFID POLSKA logo additionally has the PL marking, written in a fancy blue font, as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variant, the RFID POLSKA logo and the graphic element have the color features as described in Fig. 1, and the whole is placed on a black background, as shown in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant, the RFID POLSKA logo, written in a white font, is placed on a black background, while the quadrilateral figure has a white fill and the straight and broken segments are in black, as shown in Fig. 4. In the fifth variant, the RFID POLSKA logo and the graphic element have the color features as described for Fig. 3, while their arrangement is vertical, as shown in Fig. 5. In the sixth variant, the RFID POLSKA logo and the graphic element have the color features as described for Fig. 4, while their arrangement is vertical, as shown in Fig. 6. The vertical arrangement also applies to Fig. 7, which remains in blue-gray colors. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the logo has the form of the inscription RFID POLSKA or RFID POLSKA.PL, written in a large, fanciful font, and the graphic element reproduces a printed circuit board, as a quadrilateral figure, on which there are arranged straight and broken segments, terminating at one end with a circle.
