PL 23629 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do identyfikacji dzialal- nosci przedsiebiorstwa, przez umieszczanie tego oznaczenia w postaci nadruków, naklejek i innych technik, na oslonach przeciwslonecznych w rodzaju rolet materialowych lub papierowych oraz zaluzji metalowych lub drewnianych, ich opakowaniach, katalogach, tablicach, dokumentach, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamowych, a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów i uslug sprzedazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac znaku graficznego przejawiajaca sie ukladzie elementów graficz- nych oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w odmianach kolorystycznych na fig. 1 do fig. 10. W odmianie pierwszej na fig. 1, przedstawiono znak graficzny w postaci duzej litery „D", która jest umieszczona w polu obramowanym czworokatna ramka z wypelnieniem w kolorze bialym, a ca- losc umieszczona jest na ciemnoniebieskim tle. Powierzchnia pola jest w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim, natomiast kontur litery D jest bialy. Ponadto litera D ma jedna krawedziowa czesc ukosnie sfazowana i wysunieta poza obrys, a jej kontur jest nieciagly. Odmiany logo, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 6, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W odmianie drugiej na fig. 2, powierzchnia pola jest w kolorze czarnym a calosc umieszczona jest na czarnym tle. W odmianie trzeciej na fig. 3, powierzchnia pola jest w kolorze jasnoczerwonym a calosc jest umieszczona na jasnoczerwonym tle. W odmianie czwartej na fig. 4, powierzchnia pola jest w kolorze bialym a czworokatna ramka ma wypelnienie w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim. Natomiast litera D jest w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim, a kolor tla bialy. W odmianie piatej na fig. 5, powierzchnia pola jest w kolorze bialym a litera D jest w kolorze czarnym. Natomiast czworokatna ramka ma wypel- nienie w kolorze czarnym a kolor tla jest bialy. W odmianie szóstej na fig. 6, powierzchnia pola jest w kolorze bialym a czworokatna ramka oraz litera D maja wypelnienie w kolorze jasnoczerwonym. Natomiast kolor tla jest bialy. PL 23629 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23629 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PLPL 23629 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a graphic sign intended to identify the company's activity, by placing this marking in the form of prints, stickers and other techniques, on sun protection such as fabric or paper roller blinds and metal or wooden blinds, their packaging, catalogues, boards, documents, advertising objects and gifts, as well as in other forms of promotion and marketing of offered products and sales services, including those conducted via the Internet. The essence of the design is a new form of the graphic sign manifested in the arrangement of graphic elements and colours. The subject of the design is presented in colour variations in fig. 1 to fig. 10. In the first variation in fig. 1, a graphic sign in the form of a capital letter "D" is presented, which is placed in a field framed by a quadrangular frame with white filling, and the whole is placed on a dark blue background. The surface of the field is dark blue, while the outline of the letter D is white. In addition, the letter D has one edge part that is diagonally bevelled and protrudes beyond the outline, and its outline is discontinuous. The variations of the logo, presented in individual figures from 2 to 6, have the features described above, but they differ in colour. In the second variation in fig. 2, the surface of the field is black and the whole is placed on a black background. In the third variation in fig. 3, the surface of the field is light red and the whole is placed on a light red background. In the fourth variation in fig. 4, the surface of the field is in white and the quadrangular frame has a dark blue fill. The letter D is dark blue and the background is white. In the fifth variation in Fig. 5, the field surface is white and the letter D is black. The quadrangular frame has a black fill and the background is white. In the sixth variation in Fig. 6, the field surface is white and the quadrangular frame and the letter D have a light red fill. The background is white. In the seventh variation in Fig. 7, the field surface and the background are white, and the quadrangular frame has a dark blue fill in part and one upper corner has a light red fill. The letter D in the arc part of the contour has a dark blue fill and its vertical part is light red. In the eighth variation in Fig. 8, the field surface and the background color are white, while the quadrangular frame has a black fill in part and one upper corner has a gray fill. On the other hand, the letter D in the arc part of the contour has a black fill, and its vertical part is gray. In the ninth variation in Fig. 9, the field surface and the background color are dark blue, while the quadrangular frame has a white fill in part and one upper corner has a light red fill. On the other hand, the letter D in the arc part of the contour has a white fill, and its vertical part is light red. In the tenth variant in fig. 10, the field surface and the background colour are black, while the quadrangular frame is partly filled with white and one upper corner part is filled with grey. On the other hand, the letter D in the arc part of the contour is filled with white and its vertical part is in grey. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the graphic symbol has the form of a capital letter "D", which is placed in a field framed with a quadrangular frame, whereby the letter D has one edge part diagonally bevelled and protruding beyond the outline, and the outline of the letter D is discontinuous.
