Oznaczenie uzywane bedzie na dokumentach firmowych, srodkach transportu, opakowaniach, katalogach, tablicach, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamowych, a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych uslug w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Istota wzoru jest jego postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie liternictwa, grafice oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w odmianach kolorystycznych na fig. 1 do fig. 10. W odmianie pierwszej, logo stanowi napis „3CARGO". Nazwa „CARGO" napisana jest czcionka fantazyjna a kazda litera ma ukosnie sfazowany przynajmniej jeden naroznik. Natomiast element gra- ficzny ma postac cyfry 3 w lustrzanym odbiciu, i przedstawiony jest konturowo linia w kolorze ciemno- niebieskim. W nazwie „CARGO" litery sa duze i maja kolor ciemnoniebieski. Calosc umieszczona jest na bialym tle, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Odmiany logo, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 10, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W odmianie drugiej na fig. 2, element graficzny ma kontur w kolorze czarnym. W odmianie trzeciej na fig. 3, element graficzny w kolorze bialym umieszczony jest w ramce na ciemnoniebieskim tle. W odmianie czwartej na fig. 4, nazwa CARGO napisana jest czcionka w kolorze czarnym, a element graficzny w kolorze bialym umieszczony jest w ramce na ciemnoniebieskim tle. W odmianie piatej na fig. 5, nazwa CARGO napisana jest czcionka w kolorze czarnym, element graficzny jest w kolorze bia- lym, a calosc umieszczona jest na ciemnoniebieskim tle. W odmianie szóstej na fig. 6, czcionka nazwy CARGO oraz kontur elementu graficznego sa w kolorze bialym, a calosc umieszczona jest na ciemno- niebieskim tle. W odmianie siódmej na fig. 7, czcionka nazwy CARGO oraz kontur elementu graficznego sa w kolorze bialym, a calosc umieszczona jest na czarnym tle. W odmianie ósmej na fig. 8, czcionka nazwy CARGO oraz kontur elementu graficznego sa w kolorze czarnym, a calosc umieszczona jest na bialym tle. W odmianie dziewiatej na fig. 9, nazwa CARGO napisana jest czcionka w kolorze czarnym, a element graficzny w kolorze bialym umieszczony jest w ramce na czarnym tle. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze logo stanowi napis „3CARGO", gdzie element graficzny – ma postac cyfry 3 w lustrzanym odbiciu, a nazwa CARGO napisana jest czcionka fantazyjna. The designation will be used on company documents, means of transport, packaging, catalogs, boards, promotional items and gifts, as well as in other forms of promotion and marketing of the offered services, including those conducted via the Internet. The essence of the design is its form, manifested in the shape of the lettering, graphics, and colors. The subject of the design is presented in color variations in Figures 1 to 10. In the first variation, the logo consists of the inscription "3CARGO." The name "CARGO" is written in a fancy font, and each letter has at least one diagonally beveled corner. The graphic element is the number 3 in a mirror image, represented by a dark blue contour line. In the name "CARGO", the letters are large and dark blue. The entire logo is placed on a white background, as shown in Figure 1. The logo variations, shown in Figures 2 to 10, have the features described above, but differ in color. In the second variation in Figure 2, the graphic element has a black outline. In the third variation in Figure 3, the graphic element is white in a frame on a dark blue background. In the fourth variation in Figure 4, the name CARGO is written in black font, and the graphic element is white in a frame on a dark blue background. In the fifth variation in Figure 5, the name CARGO is written in black font, the graphic element is white, and the entire logo is placed on a dark blue background. In the sixth variation in Fig. 6, the font of the name CARGO and the outline of the graphic element are white, and the entire design is placed on a dark blue background. In the seventh variation in Fig. 7, the font of the name CARGO and the outline of the graphic element are white, and the entire design is placed on a black background. In the eighth variation in Fig. 8, the font of the name CARGO and the outline of the graphic element are black, and the entire design is placed on a white background. In the ninth variation in Fig. 9, the name CARGO is written in black, and the graphic element is framed in white on a black background. In the tenth variation in Fig. 10, the name CARGO is written in black, and the graphic element is placed in dark blue above the name CARGO. An important feature of the industrial design is that the logo is the inscription "3CARGO", where the graphic element is the number 3 in a mirror image and the name CARGO is written in a fancy font.
