PL 23635 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo, przeznaczone do identyfikacji dzialalnosci przed- siebiorstwa przez umieszczanie tego oznaczenia w postaci nadruków, naklejek i innych technik, na oslonach przeciwslonecznych w rodzaju rolet materialowych lub papierowych oraz zaluzji metalowych lub drewnianych, ich opakowaniach, katalogach, tablicach, dokumentach, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamowych, a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów i uslug sprze- dazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac logo przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie liternictwa oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w odmianach kolorystycznych na fig. 1 do fig. 6. W odmianie pierwszej, logo stanowi nazwa „DROMA", napisana czcionka fantazyjna a kazda li- tera ma jedna krawedziowa czesc ukosnie sfazowana, i wysunieta poza obrys. Ponadto w literach D, R, O oraz A ma szczeline w konturze litery. W nazwie „DROMA" litery sa duze, maja kolor ciemnonie- bieski, i umieszczone sa na bialym tle, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Odmiany logo, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 6, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W odmianie drugiej na fig. 2, nazwa „DROMA" jest w kolorze bialym a tlo w kolorze ciemnonie- bieskim. W odmianie trzeciej na fig. 3, nazwa „DROMA" jest w kolorze czarnym. W odmianie czwartej na fig. 4, nazwa „DROMA" jest w kolorze bialym, a tlo w kolorze czarnym. W odmianie piatej na fig. 5, nazwa „DROMA" jest w kolorze jasnoczerwonym. W odmianie szóstej na fig. 6, nazwa „DROMA" jest w kolorze bialym, a tlo w kolorze jasnoczerwonym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze logo stanowi nazwa „DROMA", napisana czcionka której kazda litera ma jedna krawedziowa czesc ukosnie sfazowana oraz wysunieta poza obrys, ponadto litery D, R, O oraz A maja nieciagly kontur. The essence of the design is a new form of the logo, manifested in the shape of the lettering and colors. The subject of the design is presented in color variations in Figures 1 to 6. In the first variation, the logo is the name "DROMA," written in a fancy font, and each letter has one edge part that is diagonally beveled and protrudes beyond the outline. In addition, the letters D, R, O, and A have a gap in the letter outline. In the name "DROMA," the letters are large, dark blue, and placed on a white background, as shown in Figure 1. The logo variations, shown in Figures 2 to 6, have the features described above, but differ in color. In the second variation in Figure 2, the name "DROMA" is white and the background is dark blue. In the third variation in Figure 3, the name "DROMA" is black. In the fourth variation in Figure 4, the name "DROMA" is white and the background is black. In the fifth variation in Figure 5, the name "DROMA" is light red. In the sixth variation in Figure 6, the name "DROMA" is white and the background is light red. An important feature of the industrial design is that the logo is the name "DROMA", written in a font where each letter has one edge part that is diagonally beveled and protrudes beyond the outline, in addition the letters D, R, O and A have a discontinuous outline.
