PL 24518 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo, przeznaczone do identyfikacji uslug handlowych, zwlaszcza sprzedazy produktów wyposazenia wnetrz, akcesoriów i przyborów kuchennych oraz lazienkowych, artykulów gospodarstwa domowego, a takze róznych form promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów i uslug sprzedazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Nowa i oryginalna postac logo wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przejawia sie w kolorystyce oraz ukladzie elementów slownych. Logo wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawione jest w odmianach kolorystycznych na fig. 1 do fig. 4, pokazanych na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 1, logo zawiera fantazyjny dwukolorowy czarno-zielony napis DOMOsfera + , ze znakiem graficznym plus, a ponizej umieszczony jest napis informacyjny: „kuchnia lazienka wyposazenie domu", w którym slowa, napisane mala drukowana czcionka w kolorze czarnym, rozdzielone sa zielonymi kropkami. Calosc umieszczona jest na bialym tle. Odmiany logo, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 4, posiadaja napis DOMOsfera + , ze znakiem graficznym plus oraz napis informacyjny: „kuchnia lazienka wyposazenie domu", róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 2, napis DOMOsfera + jest czarno- szary. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 3, tlo jest w kolorze jasnoszarym. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 4 napis DOMOsfera + ma bialo-zielony kolor, a napis informacyjny: „kuchnia lazienka wyposazenie domu", ma kolor bialy. Calosc umieszczona jest na czarnym tle. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze logo stanowi fantazyjny dwukolorowy napis DOMOsfera + , ponizej którego umieszczony jest napis informacyjny: „kuchnia lazienka wyposazenie domu. The new and original form of the logo based on the industrial design is manifested in the colors and arrangement of the word elements. The logo based on the industrial design is presented in color variations in Figures 1 to 4, shown in the attached illustrative material. In the first version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, the logo contains a fancy two-color black and green inscription DOMOsfera + , with a plus graphic sign, and below it is the information text: "kitchen bathroom home equipment," in which the words, written in small black block letters, are separated by green dots. The entire design is placed on a white background. The logo versions, shown in individual figures 2 to 4, have the inscription DOMOsfera + , with a plus graphic sign, and the information text: "kitchen bathroom home equipment," but they differ in color. In the second version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, the inscription DOMOsfera + is black and gray. In the third version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, the background is light gray. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, the inscription DOMOsfera + is white and green, and the information inscription: "kitchen bathroom home equipment" is white. The whole is placed on a black background. An important feature of the industrial design is that the logo is a fancy two-color inscription DOMOsfera +, below which there is an information inscription: "kitchen bathroom home equipment".
