Ponadto znak graficzny moze byc stosowany w katalogach, na tablicach, dokumentach, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamowych, a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów i uslug sprzedazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w cechach elementów graficznych, slownych oraz ich kolorystyce. The essence of the pattern is its new form manifested in the features of graphic and verbal elements and their colors.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym znak graficzny w czterech odmianach kolorystycznych na figurach od 1 do 4. The subject of the industrial design is shown on the attached illustrative material, showing the graphic symbol in four color variations in figures 1 to 4.

W odmianie pierwszej znak graficzny przedstawia postac mezczyzny umieszczona w okraglej pomaranczowej ramce, który ubrany jest w strój roboczy i czapke. Ponadto w jednej dloni trzyma narze- dzie murarskie, a dlon drugiej reki ma zlaczony kciuk i palec wskazujacy na ksztalt litery O, w gescie oznaczajacym wysoka jakosc. Postac, stanowiaca wyobrazenie fachowca, narysowana jest konturowo liniami w kolorze czarnym. Ponizej ramki umieszczone sa informacyjne napisy Luigi Decori MAESTRO CREATIVO. Napis Luigi Decori wykonany jest czcionka fantazyjna w kolorze pomaranczowym a napis MAESTRO CREATIVO wykonany jest czcionka drukowana w kolorze czarnym. Znak graficzny umieszczony jest na bialym tle, jak pokazano na fig. 1. In the first variant, the graphic symbol shows a man in a round orange frame, wearing work clothes and a cap. In addition, he holds a masonry tool in one hand, and the other hand has a thumb and an O-shaped index finger in a gesture that signifies high quality. The figure, representing the imagination of a specialist, is drawn with black contour lines. Informative inscriptions Luigi Decori MAESTRO CREATIVO are placed below the frame. Znak graficzny w drugiej odmianie, pokazanej na fig. 2, posiada czarne tlo a napis MAESTRO CREATIVO wykonany jest czcionka w kolorze bialym. Natomiast w trzeciej odmianie, pokazanej na fig. 3, obydwa napisy wykonane sa czcionka w kolorze czarnym, a w czwartej odmianie, pokazanej na fig. 4, obydwa napisy wykonane sa czcionka w kolorze bialym i umieszczone na czarnym tle. The graphic sign in the second variant, shown in Fig. 2, has a black background and the word MAESTRO CREATIVO is made in white font. On the other hand, in the third variant, shown in Fig. 3, both texts are in black font, and in the fourth variant, shown in Fig. 4, both texts are in white font and placed on a black background.

Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze znak graficzny przedstawia postac mezczyzny w stroju roboczym z opisem Luigi Decori MAESTRO CREATIVO.
