Logo przeznaczone jest równiez do umieszczania na wyzej wskazanych wytworach w charakterze zdobien i wzorów powierzchniowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez polaczenie elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony w dwóch odmianach na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru; Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru. The logo is also intended to be placed on the above-mentioned products as decorations and surface patterns. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by a combination of verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in two variations in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the design; Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the design. Essential features of the industrial design – the tail of the number 3 transforms into an arrow that completes a full circle; – the inscription WAY is inscribed in the number 3. The first variant of the design, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the following: – the number 3, the arrow coming out of the number's tail, and the inscription WAY are black. The background is white. The second variant of the design, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the following: – the number 3 and the arrow coming out of the number's tail are yellow, and the inscription WAY is black.
