Znak graficzny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemy- slowym moze byc stosowany na pojemnikach na odpady w celu segregacji nieczystosci, jako znak se- gregacyjny. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez strukture kompozycji tresci graficznej, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, ornamentacje. Wytwór na- daje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The graphic symbol, in accordance with the industrial design, may be used on waste containers for waste segregation purposes, as a segregation sign. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the compositional structure of the graphic content, the arrangement of lines, contours, colors, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction.
