Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania jej na opakowa- nie do lodów spozywczych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, która przedstawia wzór jako plaska figure o zarysie prostokata, na polu którego naniesione sa wielobarwne elementy graficzne. Prostokat wypelniony jest tlem w kolorze brazowym o nasyceniu koloru - patrzac od lewej strony do prawej - od jasnego do ciemnego, na którym naniesiono motywy roslinne w postaci kwiatów. Na tym tle, w czesci centralnej umieszczony jest wizerunek loda jadalnego, skladajacego sie z dwóch plaskich i okraglych ciastek, w kolorze brazowym, pomiedzy którymi umieszczona jest masa lodowa w kolorze kremowym. W górnej - prawej czesci prostokata naniesione jest logo firmy w postaci napisu ZEsiuk, pisa- nego stylizowana czcionka, przy czym litera Z jest w kolorze fioletowym a pozostale litery Esiuk sa w kolorze rózowym. Wszystkie litery posiadaja biale obwódki nadajace im przestrzenny wyglad. W górnej - lewej czesci prostokata naniesiony jest napis: Lody smietankowe w ciasteczku ko- rzennym, w bialym kolorze liter z obwódkami fioletowymi. Pod tym napisem umieszczony jest napis informacyjny: Obj. Netto: 200 ml. W dolnej czesci prostokata, pod wizerunkiem loda, umieszczony jest napis Tango, w kolorze czerwonym, wykonany czcionka przypominajaca odreczne pismo, przy czym wszystkie litery napisu posiadaja zólto-fioletowe obwódki, nadajace napisowi jego przestrzenny wyglad. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest jego grafika, przedstawiajaca wizerunek loda, skla- dajacego sie z dwóch okraglych ciastek z masa lodowa, usytuowanego w centralnej czesci wzoru, na tle z motywami roslinnymi oraz fantazyjnego napisu Tango. Against this background, in the center, is an image of an edible ice cream, consisting of two flat, round brown cookies, with a cream-colored ice cream filling sandwiched between them. In the upper right part of the rectangle is the company logo, the inscription "ZEsiuk," written in a stylized font, with the letter "Z" in purple and the remaining letters "Esiuk" in pink. All letters have white borders, giving them a three-dimensional appearance. In the upper left part of the rectangle is the inscription: "Ice Cream in a Spice Cookie," in white letters with purple borders. Below this inscription is the informational inscription: Net Volume: 200 ml.
