Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta do wyrobów cukierniczych, w szczególnosci do czekoladek orzechowych. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiona na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok prostokatnej etykiety. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: 1. kolorystyka prostokatnej etykiety, której tlo ma kolor zólto-niebieski, przy czym kolor niebieski, w lewej, dolnej czesci oddzielony jest od zóltego pasem koloru zielonego; 2. na zóltym tle umieszczony jest wyraz MICHALEK w kolorze czarnym napisany oryginalna czcionka stylizowana na pismo odreczne; 3. z prawej strony etykiety w kolorze niebieskim umieszczony jest element slowny „HANKA", którego litery sa napisane w sposób, jak gdyby byly wpisane w wycinek kola – podobnie jak w lewej dolnej czesci napis HANKA tylko, ze w kolorze bialym, a pomiedzy napisami MICHALEK i HANKA umieszczony jest rysunek w kolorze czarnym wiezy wyciagowej windy górniczej, przy czym napis MICHALEK i rysunek maja widoczne cienie na zóltym tle, co stwarza wrazenie przestrzennosci etykiety, natomiast ponizej umieszczone sa rysunki czekoladek w srebrnych opakowaniach i kilka orzeszków w kolorze jasnobrazowym. Pozostale napisy i elementy graficzne sa elementami technicznymi opakowania i nie podlegaja zastrzezeniom. The new form of the pattern is reflected in the colors and graphic layout. The label according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of a rectangular label. The important features of an industrial design are: 1. the colors of a rectangular label, the background of which is yellow-blue, with the blue color in the lower left part separated from the yellow by a green stripe; 2. the word MICHALEK is placed in black on a yellow background, written in an original handwritten style font; 3. on the right side of the label, in blue, there is the word element "HANKA", the letters of which are written as if they were inscribed in a circle - similarly to the inscription HANKA in the lower left part, only in white, and between the inscriptions MICHALEK and HANKA there is a black drawing of a mining elevator's lift tower, with the inscription MICHALEK and the drawing having visible shadows on a yellow background, which creates the impression of three-dimensionality of the label, while below there are drawings of chocolates in silver packaging and a few light brown peanuts. inscriptions and graphic elements are technical elements of the packaging and are not subject to reservations.
