Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie jednostkowe do wyrobów cukierniczych, w szczególnosci czekoladowych. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawione na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut prostokatny rozlozonego opakowania. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: 1. Kolorystyka opakowania, którego tlo ma kolor zólty, lekko cieniowany, a wszystkie elementy graficzne i slowne, poza wyrazem „michalek" sa koloru niebieskiego. 2. Umieszczony w centralnej czesci opakowania element slowny „michalek" w kolorze bialym na tle niebieskiego prostokata, powyzej tego elementu, napisany lukiem wyraz „adwokacki", a ponizej, równiez lukiem, wyrazenie „z Siemianowic". 3. Elementami graficznymi umieszczonymi w centralnym pasie opakowania sa kola o róznej srednicy oraz kilkakrotnie powtórzony element slowny „HANKA", którego litery sa napisane w sposób, jak gdyby byly wpisane w wycinek kola, natomiast na brzegach opakowania, wzdluz dwóch boków umieszczone sa napisy o charakterze technicznym zawierajace dane adresowe producenta oraz informacje o skladzie surowcowym produktu. The new form of the design is evident in the colors and graphic layout. The packaging according to the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a rectangular view of the unfolded packaging. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The colors of the packaging, whose background is yellow, slightly shaded, and all graphic and verbal elements, except for the word "michalek," are blue. 2. The word "michalek," placed in the central part of the packaging, is white against a blue rectangle. Above this element is the word "adwokacki" written in an arc, and below, also in an arc, the phrase "z Siemianowic." 3. The graphic elements placed in the central band of the packaging are circles of various diameters and the word element "HANKA", repeated several times, the letters of which are written as if they were inscribed in a segment of a circle, while on the edges of the packaging, along two sides, there are inscriptions of a technical nature containing the manufacturer's address data and information on the raw material composition of the product.
