Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do wyrobów cukierniczych, w szczególnosci do czekoladek orzechowych. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawione na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok rozlozonego opakowania dla czekoladek: „michalek sezamowy" fig. 2 przedstawia widok rozlozonego opakowania dla czekoladek: „michalek adwokacki". Cechami istotnymi wzoru sa: 1. uklad graficzny opakowania, na którym w czesci centralnej, umieszczone jest logo HANKA, którego litery sa napisane w sposób, jak gdyby byly wpisane w wycinek kola, na ponizej pod lukiem napis PREMIUM oraz pomiedzy barwnymi kropkami oznaczenie smaku czekoladki (odpowiednio „sezamowy" i „adwokacki"), ponizej, na tle niebieskiego prostokata wyraz „michalek" napisany literami koloru bialego oraz ponizej wyrazenie „z Siemianowic" oraz ponizej z lewej strony na tle prostokata napis NEW, a z prawej strony wyrazenie „dobre bo slaskie" na tle owalnego elementu graficznego, a w dolnej czesci rysunek dwóch czekoladek w owijkach oraz jednej w przekroju, bez owijki, 2. na bocznej, tylnej sciance powtórzona jest kompozycja graficzna zastrzezona w pkt 1 bez napisu HANKA, 3. na jednej z bocznych scianek powtórzona jest kompozycja graficzna z napisem PREMIUM oraz rysunkiem czekoladek, natomiast na drugiej bocznej sciance powtórzona jest kompozycja graficzna skladajaca sie z napisu PREMIUM oraz pomiedzy barwnymi kropkami oznaczenia smaku czekoladki (odpowiednio „sezamowy" i „adwokacki"), umieszczonego na tle niebieskiego prostokata wyrazu „michalek" napisanego literami koloru bialego oraz ponizej wyrazenia „z Siemianowic", 4. w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, fig. 1, tlo opakowania ma kolorystyke bezowo-brazowa i sklada sie z elementów graficznych w formie spiral prostokatnych z brazowym kwadracikiem w srodku, natomiast napis HANKA jest koloru zlotego, kropki w poblizu wyrazu „adwokacki" maja kolory niebieski, czarny i zloty, wyraz NEW jest umieszczony na tle zlotego prostokata oraz wyraz PREMIUM jest równiez koloru zlotego, natomiast wyrazy „sezamowy" i „z Siemianowic" maja kolor czarny, a takze owijki czekoladek maja kolorystyke czarno-niebieska, 5. w drugiej odmianie wykonania, fig. 2, tlo opakowania ma kolor zólty z ciemniejszymi smugami, napis HANKA jest koloru ciemnozóltego, kropki w poblizu wyrazu „adwokacki" maja kolory niebieski, ciemnoniebieski i ciemnozólty, a wyrazy PREMIUM, „adwokacki" i „z Siemianowic" maja kolor ciemnoniebieski, a takze owijki czekoladek maja kolorystyke zólto-niebieska. The new form of the design is reflected in the colors and graphic layout. The packaging according to the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows an unfolded view of the packaging for the "Michalek sezamowy" chocolates; Fig. 2 shows an unfolded view of the packaging for the "Michalek adwokacki" chocolates. The essential features of the design are: 1. the graphic layout of the packaging, on which in the central part there is the HANKA logo, the letters of which are written as if they were inscribed in a circle segment, below under the arc the inscription PREMIUM and between the colored dots the indication of the chocolate flavor ("sesamowy" and "adwokacki" respectively), below, against the background of a blue rectangle the word "michalek" written in white letters and below the expression "z Siemianowic" and below on the left side against the background of the rectangle the inscription NEW, and on the right side the expression "dobre bo slaskie" against the background of an oval graphic element, and in the lower part the drawing of two chocolates in wrappers and one in cross-section, without the wrapper, 2. on the side, back wall the graphic composition reserved in point 1 is repeated without the inscription HANKA, 3. on one of the side walls the repeated there is a graphic composition with the inscription PREMIUM and a drawing of chocolates, while on the other side wall there is a repeated graphic composition consisting of the inscription PREMIUM and, between colored dots, the designation of the chocolate flavor ("sesamowy" and "adwokacki" respectively), placed against the background of a blue rectangle the word "michalek" written in white letters and below the word "z Siemianowic", 4. in the first variant of the design, fig. 1, the background of the packaging is beige and brown and consists of graphic elements in the form of rectangular spirals with a brown square in the middle, while the inscription HANKA is gold, the dots near the word "adwokacki" are blue, black and gold, the word NEW is placed against the background of a gold rectangle and the word PREMIUM is also gold, while the words "sesamowy" and "z Siemianowic" are black, and the chocolate wrappers are black and blue, 5. in the second variant, fig. 2, the background of the packaging is yellow with darker streaks, the inscription HANKA is dark yellow, the dots near the word "adwokacki" are blue, dark blue and dark yellow, and the words PREMIUM, "adwokacki" and "z Siemianowic" are dark blue, and the chocolate wrappers are yellow and blue.
